Went for date night, service was slow compared to past visits, food took a long time to come out, drinks arrived cool but not cold,waiter apologized said they were having kitchen issues, food was good when it finally arrived portions seemed smaller than past visits maybe just an off night usually everything is great here

Terrible service. Beware of manager and waitress scamming people and stealing cash.

Absolutely 10/10 pizza watched him throw the dough with accuracy, think places should follow the example this place has, wonderful waiter as well.

Wine (house Cabernet Sauvignon) was awful, and food worse. We've been customers for 20 years as treat from living 20 miles away. Eggplant parmesan was overcooked (burned) and badly crusty. Linguine had more tomato sauce (scraped off most of that) than noodles.Server was very nice and apologetic---refunded wine which we accepted, and offered discount for bad entree, but we refused that. Even the breadsticks tasted 2 days old. I also did not care for the new handheld techno device requiring tip first plus signature before you could check printed (my request) itemized charges. Hope the to-go Italian Cream Cake is as delicious as usual. Forgive me, but new chef needs to attend culinary school.... Pastry chef is the same wonderful one, thankfully. Sorry, but "ask me no questions, and I'll tell you no lies! We were planning to take friends there next month, but not now for ALL of the above reasons.

Great Pizza. Have never had a bad one there. We started going there six years ago. Everytime we are in the area, we stop there for dinner.

Stopped in at Pizza Shack for lunch and got a few desserts.Loved them! Moist cake with a whip cream top. Love the topping made of whipped cream, not so heavy as a royal icing. Recommend both places.

It was our first visit and we have zero complaints. Wife and I enjoyed the food, kids loved it, too! We will definitely be back again.

Great little restaurant! Lots of choices other than just pizza! Everything we tried was delicious and the service was great! Will eat here next time in the area!

Pizza was excellent. Had meat pizza. Best pizza crust. Crisp and thin, but not like a cracker. Server was great. Great cozy atmosphere. Enjoyed by all

The first time I came here I literally got sick before I made it home. I decided that was maybe a coincidence. Tried the Montgomery location food and service was great. Tonight decided to give the Willis location another try. I was alone and trying to have a great dinner. The waiter I had was very focused and attentive to the table with several people. Quickly refilling drinks and making sure they were ok. I received my salad first by another server and no drink until I asked the hostess for it 15 minutes later. My pizza was cold by the time I received it. I guess the priority is big tables with big tips. I am very disappointed and will not return.
