Excellent food! Pizza hot, fresh with a delicious crispy pizza crust. Service was very friendly and fast, as soon as we sat down. Local beers on tab. Very clean with lots of tables. Highly recommend!

I was visiting Willis to see family, and we got Pizza Shack to go. Their menu is large and encompasses more than just pizza! I called in advance to see what options I had since I can't eat dairy; she said she can't either and offered several options. I actually got the Greek pasta meal with gluten free/vegan pasta and no cheese. It was fantastic and great portion size. It even came with a side salad. I was impressed. Everyone else I was with enjoyed their Shack Special pizza.

Would definitely recommend this restaurant. The day we went we tried a variety of menu items- fried zucchini, spaghetti with meatballs, Italian Trio, and a Redfish dinner. We were all pleased with our food and service too! I got the trio and even added shrimp to the fettuccini. I would definitely order it that way again.

Total incompetence from the waiter. Disregarded putting in our order. Over an hour later realized our order had not been placed. Had to get my own refills during the hour I waited for no food. There was a large group there the same time so I guess he couldn't handle it. Manager came and apologized..but ultimately it was a complete waste of time with no apology from the waiter.

This is a great place. Always friendly. Food is always good and consistent. Pizza is the best around. Maybe not NY quality pizza, but it's close and no one beats it in Montgomery County and beyond.

Since a two-star rating is "Could've been better," I selected this one. It is very difficult for me to give our beloved Pizza Shack anything less than a five-star rating. We have been regular customers for the last seven years. I offer this review as constructive criticism in hopes that Michael S. will adjust and improve. My only complaint in the last seven years is the current size of the "Large" Greek Salad. Used to be that you may see the size of the salad fluctuate a little depending upon who made the salad on any particular day, but they were always what I would consider a generous portion size and something one could make a meal out of, especially if you added the chicken. However, the last four or five times I've ordered the Large Greek Salad, the lettuce has not even passed the halfway mark on the salad bowl. I believe the current price is $9 dollars and with the current portion size, this is not a good value. I have decided to pass on the Greek Salad for the time being but wanted to leave this review in hopes of a correction in the kitchen. Everything thing else at Pizza Shack is great and all the staff are wonderful. I've never ordered the Small Greek Salad but can only imagine how disappointing that must be. This isn't something that will stop me from eating at Pizza Shack, I just won't order the Greek Salad.

Food, ordered on-line and picked up was delicious. Service is always excellent. The reason for only three stars is because of the cost and an item that was left off of my order. When 2 tiny personal pizzas, one medium pizza, a smaller than usual serving of fried calamari, and one desert costs $95, there is a problem. Way overpriced. Also, somehow between ordering and paying, one of the items disappeared from my order. The website ordering program is buggy.
