I would never recommend this establishment. Wanted a new coffee place to meet my client, and was happy to try a new place. Unfortunately, the music playing at the establishment was highly offensive.The lyrics were vulgar and inappropriate, filled with profanity and offensive language. This type of music is not suitable for a public place, especially one where children are present.

I understand that different people have different tastes in music, but I believe there should be some level of decorum and respect for all patrons, including young ones. Be more considerate and respectful of your potential customers.

Barista was friendly. Great coffee. Needs improvement on cleaning. Looks like they haven’t swept or mopped since they opened. It was extremely dusty.

FREE COWBOY DUCKS?! WHAT!!
I was excited for this promotion and when I got to the window and asked if they still had the ducks, I was told that they were only for Summer drink purchases. I had ordered a spiced pumpkin latte. Which is advertised all over the website and ordering speaker and window. I spent $7.14 on a drink that wasn’t very good, in my opinion and when asked if I could have a Duck, was told No!!!! Seriously?!
I said I’d keep my drink, as I didn’t want them to waste it, I was handed the drink and it was filled to the brim and leaking, lid not on all the way and I couldn’t have a damn duck!?
Deleting my app and I won’t be back!

Amazing coffee shop, I never really drank much black rock until it came to my town. Obsessed is an understatement. My coffee is literally always perfect, and I miss it so much when I'm out of town. Workers are also so friendly

Black Rock has great lobby seating with friendly staff and good coffee but the volume and choice of music don’t make you want to stay and hang out. This was the case in multiple visits. Kinda bummed out, I like this place but when I can’t hear the people I am drinking coffee with it kinda defeats the purpose of going

Im only giving y’all one star because of that poor girl standing outside with the sun beating on her. You can see the sweat on her face. I don’t see a reason to have that girl outside taking orders when y’all have a drive thru and a window to use. The girls inside are living their best life in the a/c. We live in Texas where it is hot and humid that is not okay to be doing to her.
