My husband and I stopped in for lunch today, and what a great experience. We were immediately greeted by a friendly smiling face and knew we had made the right choice in coming here. The greeter was Kaleb and he was also our server. He explained the menu, told us his favorites, which I always appreciate, then took our order. My husband got the lunch catfish and shrimp and I got the po boy and cup of gumbo. Everything was delicious! My husband ordered the key lime pie for dessert, which he thoroughly enjoyed. I can’t wait to come back and try the beignets and bread pudding, as well as other items in the menu. I love supporting local businesses, this place should be packed all the time. Sadly, today it was pretty empty, but hopefully this is only because it’s Christmas week and slow this time of year. We will definitely be back, it’s a hidden gem here in Willis.

As this was my first and only visit, I can't speak for anything but the burger.
Tremendous hunk of meat on a bun that doesn't melt in your hands. Very satisfying! Impressive array of Cajun dishes I'll have to go back and try.

We absolutely love coming here once a month as a family. The staff is always so kind and accommodating with our small children. I’ve had almost everything on their menu and can confirm that we haven’t had a bad meal yet. The catfish here is clean, with none of the “fish” taste and the batter used is excellent! I’d recommend anyone looking for a fish dinner or shrimp dinner come to Bubbas! You will be very happy every time.

Great food and service. Ponchatrain sauce was amazing over the grilled salmon. The jambalaya rice was a great compliment to the dish along with the fresh green beans.

This place is DELICIOUS. Boudin balls were some of the best I’ve ever had. Same goes for the beignets. All the food was cooked to perfection and so good. The service was outstanding, shoutout to Aiden!! So glad we happened upon this place. We will definitely be back!

We came in for crawfish. We were the only ones there.. 3:30 on a Tuesday. We got two pounds to try.. They were covered in mud and dirt and they dust there's... Prob to cover up all the mud and dirt since they don't clean their crawfish. We sent them back. Never again!

Best seafood I’ve had in a very long time. Been searching for good boiled shrimp and I definitely found it. We also order the catfish poboy, swamp fries. Everything was so well seasoned! Service was delightful as well!!
