While it tasted fine it was messy to eat due to missing part of the top half of the biscuit and the cheese on the paper rather than on the sandwich. Need some quality control. Do better Willis!

This continues to be the worst chick-fil-a location we’ve been to, which is unfortunate since chick-fil-a is the only fast food we eat and it’s close by.
The issues: 1) kale salad was unwashed, undressed bowl of raw kale. 2) forgot Mac and cheese in kids meal and had to drive back. They didn’t seem to care either. They also forget the straw all the time, which is frustrating for my toddler 3) Mac and cheese is either great or a ball of cheese and dry noodles 4) one time had great chicken noodle soup. Tonight, there was not a single morsel of chicken in it. Not one. 5) went to order a kids meal and I was cut off before I could even say what I wanted included. She said what else. I hadn’t even told her chicken nuggets or strips, the side, or the drink and she was rude when I tried finishing the order. 6) we had a chicken nugget that was pretty red in the middle.
Always a confusing or unpleasant experience here and it’s unfortunate since it’s our go to when eating out.
This place is always clean, friendly, and enjoyable. I mean, its always expected 🤷 😁

Every time we go to the Willis location they mess up our order. Today they clearly messed up our order again. You can clearly see on our receipt that we asked for no pickles and mayo…we received chil fil a sauce and pickles instead. Also the fries from Willis are always soggy. The Willis location needs to do better!
