This is my first time eating here and it was fantastic. I ordered the sriracha hot honey sandwich and it was delicious. The fries were seasoned perfectly and I loved the max sauce for dipping. The white cheddar mac and cheese was great too. Honestly 10/10- this is my new chicken sandwich go-to

Have been here 3 times now since I discovered Chick N Mac, because it is addicting. Food is great, love the onion rings and sauces! Aileen is always so helpful with the ordering process and getting our food out fast!

Walked in to find an older large Manager guy scolding an employee, I stood there for literally 5 minutes waiting for service as literally a dozen+ employees scurried around, not one of them acknowledging our presence. To say the guy was oblivious would have be an understatement. My son and I literally stood there looking at each other for a ridiculous amount of time wondering will these fools ever you know help a customer? We ordered two sandwiches, they were cold by the time we got home 2 minutes later. Food was far better when they first opened. Clearly this place is mismanaged when the priority is lambasting an employee over helping PAYING customers. With the far better service and actual hot food next door at Mod; chances are we'll never be back. If I owned this place the manager would be kicking rocks immediately.

5 star on the smoke chicken wings. Chicken sandwich was Awful, chicken was chewy n tasteless. Onion rings were delish. I recommend they remove the chicken sandwich off the menu.
