Found out they had a cinnabon near us and wanted to go. Sure not what I remembered. These seemed like they were made yesterday, cold and not as gooey as I remembered. I can buy a package of Pillsbury grands cinnamon rolls 5 pack that are better and a lot cheaper than cinnabon.

The employee at the drive through would ask for my order then ghost me for several minutes.Did this to me and another customer. We walked around to the entrance and no one would open the door. This was during operating hours as well. Completely unacceptable for a business.

We ordered at 8:45 and asked how they come help us then turned off all the lights and intercom. They were inside and acted like they didn't see. Disappointed they did this. Not coming back.
