Place is a joke. We got an uber eats order, little to no chili, and no cheese on the chili cheese hotdog. The chili wasn’t even on the hotdog, but on the side of the container. The food was also trash. Didn’t give us our second drink, nor Mariana sauce to go with the cheese sticks. Won’t be ordering here again

So disappointed the Texas toast was cold and not crispy - Couldn’t eat it and the bread and the gravy is what makes the chicken basket. The chicken was dry and tasted as if it had been sitting there for a bit. I would rather wait for the chicken to be cooked fresh rather than have cold food that didn’t taste fresh, but served immediately.

Very cool couch on posts 'art' in the back of the parking lot that appeared mysteriously.... DQ Willis is my go to fast food favorite... The restaurant is so much better than it was a couple of years ago. Food is served hot, delicious and quick... The staff is attentive and accommodating... The restaurant is clean... Also $7 meal is fantastic... Burger, fries, drink, and sundae for $7! Sure hope they keep this deal... So much better than other $5 deals....

Customer service was great and quick. It is quiet. The food came out quick but the burgers were over cooked and the onion rings were over cooked as well. Drinks are good and fresh. Do not order a burger unless you order it with extra condiments. Overall this place is a 2 star.

They struggle with the slush orders, seems to think it comes blended with ice cream. Waste of $4. When ordering I would suggest reminding them that a freeze comes with ice cream not a slush.
Third time this location has gotten my order wrong. Will no longer be giving them any business.

Hello I am so disappointed in the service that I received at this location simply because I have never had any issues with the service or the food but on this visit there was a couple as I intend to list . First let begin with the portion size of the chicken strip basket in which I purchased let’s just say I should have went to McDonald’s. The chicken nuggets that they offer would have double in portion size compared the strips that I receive and a handful of cold fries number two my debit card Was hit five times, but I actually cannot hold them accountable for all five since two was reimbursed. I called. I spoke with several individuals. I was told that I should speak with the manager, which I will not name out of respect who told me that if I brought proof up to the store that her Supervisor, the owner of the facility would reimburse me my money which I did last Sunday and she asked for pictures of the receipt telephone number she stepped in the back and return and told me that her owner was in church. Could she give me a call back after she speak with her owner and they would reimburse me my money. I said no problem I said yes I have waited and waited. No call. Call back several times same thing runaround this individual was not there and she will call me .when I call the number she asked me to text the pictures of the receipts too because initially I tried to text but they would not go through so she took a picture of the receipt. I have called the number I have messaged the number I have called the facility I continue to receive the same simple lie, and I have yet to be refunded so in saying that I give it to God and I hope you all have a blessed day and the little money that you took off my card I hope that it can make a difference in your life, but yes, I will continue speaking of this I’m not slandering anyone’s name because this is true to fact I will continue to tell the story because if you all did me like this, I can only imagine how you have done others. I am supposed to place the amount that I spent per person, but I initially went in to buy a chicken strip dinner which was $10 .82 , but like I said my card was debited five times Which totals $54.10
