Hospitality and leadership is lacking at the Willis Dairy Queen. I have come here 3 times in the last 3 months to order 3 simple Oreo Blizzards and 1 Sundae. They have struck out 3 times in getting the order CORRECT. After the 1st time my order was wrong the manger said my name was on a list to get my next order free for the inconvenience. To no avail when I arrived the second time they could not find the list. I paid for my order and it was wrong again. The manger on duty took my name and number and said the general manager would call me. This never happened. My children wanted a Blizzard tonight, so I went back and tried one more time. They messed up the order again. Moral of my review is you must train your team on how to properly take orders. As the consumer, I highly recommend you check your order before you leave.

I wasn't happy when I couldn't use my birthday app. The manager didn't even seem to care and couldn't help me. All she said that they do t use that app and now my birthday reward and gone. Not happy and will not come back

First off let me say Shawna in the Drive Thru has amazing customer service and a great attitude. The food is amazing and the restaurant is clean. I highly recommend this location for your food choice.

This is a nice place to go eat or eat dessert but for three months now they haven’t had a credit card machine working. It’s only cash online. That’s not even work when you’re trying to call them. It says it’s not a working number. How do you run a business without having credit card machines working.

Food is normally pretty good, but a few times I have ordered extra snickers in my blizzard and about half the time the snickers content is way below expectations for the extra money paid.

Place is a joke. We got an uber eats order, little to no chili, and no cheese on the chili cheese hotdog. The chili wasn’t even on the hotdog, but on the side of the container. The food was also trash. Didn’t give us our second drink, nor Mariana sauce to go with the cheese sticks. Won’t be ordering here again
Dairy queen has really stepped it up ! If you can't tell, you have not been lately. They are competing if not , beating, whataburger size and quality burgers. Good and re- check them out !

So disappointed the Texas toast was cold and not crispy - Couldn’t eat it and the bread and the gravy is what makes the chicken basket. The chicken was dry and tasted as if it had been sitting there for a bit. I would rather wait for the chicken to be cooked fresh rather than have cold food that didn’t taste fresh, but served immediately.

We were very disappointed about the loyalty program not being available. Chicken was not hot and fresh. Texas toast was not warm, we had the chicken strip meal and it was disappointing, boo 👻
