Order food to be picked up, guy at the drive through said “he would appreciate it if I came inside” it was raining.. that was first. Then I came inside to find out my order hadn’t even been printed off. Granted they were quick to get me my food, got a salad while we are on vacation and got all the way to where we were and find out that they didn’t give us the dressing for the salad. Just flat out terrible

Extremely unsanitary, the staff do not wear gloves. They touch all over your food when you asked them not to they get a attitude when you asked them for their managers information they tell you your they are not your boss. I can’t believe this place is even open running I don’t believe any of their positive Google reviews seems like everyone who is written a floor of you has a negative comments and only people with no comments are giving them five stars.
I ordered two different blizzards combined as one large Blizzard and some Dairy Queens give me trouble with this others don't this one I have never had a problem they understand Hawaiian and tropical a total of four

Unbelievably unorganized! Very paced as it recently opened. Seemed there was adequate staffing but they were not well trained in their responsibilities. Fact is there seemed to be no specific duties as all were trying to do different duties and not doing any of them well. Suggest the franchise owner review his leadership and training procedures or perhaps institute them if not already in place. Took over thirty minutes to get an ice cream order and that was only after getting someone to look and find out the order had not been properly entered…..and then it was incorrect when delivered. Needs to be addressed quickly if this ship going to be righted!

Shawna is absolutely wonderful!! literally such a sweetheart, she made our entire night. she is so quick and effortless with her job, she put up with me rolling through the drive through twice to get another order of tacos for my partner and i haha. Shawna, if you’re seeing this, thank you!!! you are so great!
Meh, ordered the triple burger so I could give one of the patties to our furry friend. Burger was great but that was where it ended. Fries were cold and worse because of the 15 minute drive I had before consuming. Shake was also very liquidy when I got home. This was such a hit and miss meal from this place... And the cashier even had to have me put my own cold fries in the bag because they had no gloves her size!

This is a very nice dairy Queen. It is clean. The staff is very nice. The only drawback is the sodas are done with a freestyle machine, and for those who like their sodas just right, the freestyle machine is very inaccurate.
