I’ve been coming to this location for a little over a year now and everyone I’ve encountered has been incredibly kind and friendly. However, this morning I stopped by for a little drink as a pick me up. I was having a bit of a rough morning and Sarah took my order. She was so, so, so sweet and the brief conversation we had honestly made my day. She even covered my drink which I was not expecting at all. Thank you Sarah for making my day a little brighter, I needed it.

I switched to dutch bros when they first opened because the drinks USE to be so good. I’d tip every time. But now they got some rude girls in there with a mean face and still got the nerve to ask for a tip. I could bypass the attitude but the drinks are so sweet and milky now. They need to go back to measuring. Now everyone I know is back at Starbucks.

The quality of the drinks over time has gone down. Two years ago the drinks were awesome with tons of flavor. The past two times I’ve gone I’ve ordered a latte with white chocolate and some other flavor, and all i can taste is espresso and milk. Disappointing the say the least.

It’s a bit of drive for me now since I’ve moved from the area however it never fails to disappoint always hits the spot and the employees don’t get me started they’re so enthusiastic and attentive and always get my order perfect no complaints
