My daughter and I love First Watch! We had one near us in Cypress and went frequently, so I and was very excited to see the Willis location open. We moved to Lake Conroe 4 years ago & really missed having First Wstch nearby! My daughter & I both adore the Elevated Egg Sandwich! It comes with potatoes that are absolutely delicious, which she normally gets (I often substitute fruit). So good! We both highly recommend the Kale Tonic, & Million Dollar Bacon makes a great appetizer! The Fall menu has some delicious seasonal options like the Stay Golden Cinnamon Roll ... to die for if you really want to treat yourself! They have vegetarian & pescatarian options, as well ... a little something for everyone. The First Watch cookbook is available in the restaurant, with so many great recipes! You just can't go wrong here!

My family and I have gotten take out here 3 times in the hope it would be better next time. Unfortunately it's been 3 misses. Everytime the potatoes are very burned and so salty you can barely eat them. Today my husband's hash came with bread and it was so hard and stale he couldn't eat it. The grits were congealed and more like old polenta, and once again so over salted they were inedible. The strawberries on my son's pancakes were so old, brown, and mushy he wouldn't eat them. And my biscuit and gravy was so stale and hard I couldn't cut it with a knife, and once again the gravy is so overly salted it's practically inedible. We wanted to love this place, but you can get better breakfast at waffle house, and THAT'S really saying something when you pay $15 for 2 pancakes.

The service & people were great but I was served burned potatoes & my eggs looked like left overs (some was hard & dry like they had been cooked for awhile). My biscuit was toasted & dry. The food was over priced. I won't go back.
