Jack in the Box, Willis, Texas Poorly managed! Slow slow slow Very Dirty! And if that isnt bad enough... An employee was seen removing a tray of chicken from the cooler and placing it on the trash can, as seen in the attached photo. Then he returned it to the cooler! Witnessed and employee removing what appeared to be bags of fries from the freezer, the bags were sat on the disgusting floor and returned to the cooler. Recently my 82 year old mother got home with her order, it was all wrong! Upon returning to the store she spoke to the older woman that works there. She was extremely rude to my mother and refused to make her order correct!!! I watched the same old woman allow a man to enter the building after closing Christmas Eve 2025, he walked in smoking and blowing clouds of smoke inside the restaraunt dining/counter area.

I asked for additional ranch and they told me I had to pay for more so I said okay I'll buy some she said you can't, you have to order it with your order. So I said Ill order a shake and some ranch. She said her manager told her the only way you can order it is through the app. That is so upsetting because I actually tried to find ranch in the app and couldn't. Then she had the audacity to tell me if I ordered it through the app I'd have to go BACK through the drive through. I think that managers rule is ridiculous and having to go back through the drive thru is as well. They should really work on a better system. Just saying. Eat here if you want but just know it's gonna be an inconvenience.

These guys called the cops on me because the young man on the grill refuse to wash his hands. The fryer lady called the cops lying
I just left this location around 5 PM and the lady that is working the drive-through is extremely rude and unprofessional. My daughter had ordered two separate orders when I got to the drive-through I let her know she handed me two bags and I said, I also have a small Sprite..then she made the Sprite and just handed it to me rudely I pulled around to check my order and noticed that she did not give me my second order. I then walked in and let her know that I did not get my second order. She then read off both orders and I explained to her that I did not get my second order. She then said why I can go get my manager. I gave you two bags I tried to tell her what was in both of my bags offered to go and go get them out of my car to show her. And she interrupted me and told the cook to give her tiny tacos. I then looked to the left side of me and noticed that my daughter‘s bag of her second order was sitting there to be picked up. I tried to get their attention to let them know that her food was right here and they completely ignored me. Completely unacceptable unprofessional.
