My husband went in to get food @8:00pm on Sunday April 14th and the person that was working the drive though kept asking anything else over and over. That is beyond disrespectful to be interrupting someone like that. He asked for extra taco sauce and person working the drive through window just shut the door. I will not be returning here since obviously no know common decency. They don’t even deserve 1 star but I have to click on.

employees here either need to be fired or retrained. food is great but not the service. i work in custom service myself so i understand a lot. everytime i come to this location i use the drive thru and im always disappointed with the lack of great customer service. they sound lazy, they take forever and fyi, i always order the number 2, just the burger. it took 10 mins !?! and it always the same outcome, and its genuinely getting annoying. i understand if the employees are having a bad day but dont put it on the customers. stop being lazy.
It’s amazing to me how this place stays open and more so how it passes a health inspection. The place is very dirty, staff is uninterested in providing service.I won’t go again and won’t be bothered by spending more time on anotherreview when it won’t make a difference anyhow

Just grabbed two tacos with extra lettuce to go.FYII have tried the tiny tacos before but the loaded ones have it poured all over them, messy to eat while driving would prefer a cup with the cheese and other things so you could dip like chips
Honestly, I really enjoy this Jack in the Box during the day time, employees are really nice and kind. However, the night shift is utterly terrible, specifically the hispanic lady that primarily runs the drive thru. She's rude, un-kind, disrespectful, and mean. She denies giving Jack's sauces out because "It wasn't on the order." No taco sauces, no dipping, NOTHING. Not even a single TACO PACKET. This lady alone was enough for this review to be 1 star rather than 5. :)Go during the day, avoid this place at night, it's all I have to say.
