They were busy when we came in tonight with a large order, so I gave my order and sat down. I was asked twice what bread I wanted, I said the same response twice, 1 white and 2 rosemary parms. Hot subs are made in the back, but every other time we order from them, I am always asked what I want on them on the main counter. This time I wasn't asked, they slapped them together and bagged them up. Got them home and my bread was wrong,I wanted pickles on the other 2 and the ONLY cold sub I ordered I asked for EXTRA pickles, this guy put 4 on the entire sub. ( 4 pickles on a giant sized sub?! Come on.) It isn't hard to listen or ask questions. It wasn't a hard order to make and yet it was evidently. The younger girl, I think she's a manager, was rude and snarky. Terrible customer service, yall should get her some classes on how to talk to customers when they are frustrated.

Cleanest Jersey Mike's, but also maybe the cleanest sandwich shop in all of the greater Houston area. It's Jersey Mike's, so the staff is polite and pretty jovial.
Thank you for being a nice quick, quiet and clean place I can drop in with my wife and newborn and get a decent meal.

Made my sub wrong the first time and 2 people asked to confirm if I wanted a bowl when I never mentioned the word bowl. Second time didn’t even ask me what I wanted to put in my sub. Like come on.. They just made it and handed it to me. Didn’t like the taste. Very annoyed.

I was having a rough day, but walking into this Jersey Mike’s completely turned things around. The service was amazing, and the staff Cheryl, Sabrina, and Chris were absolutely wonderful. Everyone was so kind, and the sandwiches were delicious! I highly recommend trying the #8 with avocado.
Always a great experience, and the sandwiches are very fresh due to them being sliced when you order. The three women working there tonight were operating like well trained professionals. They did a great job and should be recognized.

I literally had an employee catch an attitude with me. Because they messed up my order. And I wanted it remade. I prefer no to have the oil and vinegar on my sandwich. It makes the bread soggy. I always come to this jersey mikes. And never had a problem. This employee should be reprimanded for out right rolling her eyes at me and blowing me off. It’s crazy
