I went in before heading to work on a Sunday morning (5:20 am) and everyone was so nice. From the handsome chocolate man tending the food station to the beautiful brunette cashier. Thank you both for making my morning a little brighter!

Drove by a lot of places just to get to what is a go to taco place where I live...30 minutes to closing they were cleared out of there. Pretty unprofessional. Food area looked filthy so I probably dodged a bullet

I've been coming to this Laredo Taco for about 3 years now and unfortunately have to give a bad review in order to acknowledge a terrible employee.There is a male employee ( I believe hispanic) guy has tattoos and always wears a cap. This employee is consistently rude, (including today) and could not care less about helping customers. I've had to endure his attitude of acting like customers are a nuisance to the point where from now on if I see he will be serving the food I will walk out and go elsewhere.This employee obviously does not like his job and should find another for everyones sake.

It is with great sadness, that I must rate y'all so poorly, especially after seeing such great reviews here. I would've rated higher had y'all made the tortilla fresh. The tortilla literally stabbed into the roof of my mouth SEVERAL times within the first 2 bites of my taco. Like a vicious Dorito, it ravaged the roof of my mouth. The food inside the tortilla was fine, but the tortilla sliced up my mouth so bad. And thats just not right. I could hardly bite thru it, had to break half of it off. It was stale, hard, and insanely crunchy. I worked at another Laredo Taco a while back in Houston, and it was completely unacceptable to give out tortillas like that. Do better. Just please, for the love of all things Holy, DO BETTER. There is no reason for that.Sincerely, A Laredo Taco LoverPS if it's that burnt just throw it away.

Called to ask if this location was taking part in the free breakfast taco a day for this month of October. Noticed they had a ad on Facebook and wanted to take advantage of this promotion before I have to do a morning shift myself. Well one lady answered pretty unprofessional by just saying hello. She was not aware of the promotion so then gave me to another person who was very rude and unprofessional named Rebecca. I asked her if she was aware but she mentioned only the kitchen staff would know. But the promotion has a barcode that they need to scan so I asked well is it the kitchen staff that's charges the taco out. She said no they don't but they provide the codes we need to charge out and then hangs up. I called back asked for her name and her store manager who's name is Pamela. Hopefully these are right but today is 10/18/20 and it's 4:44pm so they can figure out who's shift it was. Gonna be calling Pamela and see what can be done to rectify this situation because this was truly unprofessional and no one should have to be treated with the level of rudeness and unprofessionalism. Help your customer (****** and get you a job at Dick's. They are paid to be rude to people.
