After seeing all the reviews left by others.. I feel like the trend here is to ignore customers at the counter. I placed an online order for pickup. I arrived a few minutes early and noticed several other customers in the lobby. I walked up to notice my name was not on the hotbox yet. I gave them a few more minutes and decided to go in and check on my order. Several customers complaining over the wait time. Several pizzas just sitting on the counter getting cold. Not one employee greeted customers as they arrived. I had to speak up to get someone’s attention and get service. My order was just sitting on the counter in the back. Pizza is cold. I waited over 40 mins for two pizzas and two crazy breads, when I was given a 15 minute pick up window. Terrible customer service. If you enjoy hot food and fast service, DONT GO HERE!! You will be highly disappointed. There is no such thing as “hot and ready” here. More like cold and takes forever.

Order placed at 6:25 for asap. We were in store at 6:50 saw order get completed and placed on counter at 7 waited 30 min for someone to quit ignoring the 20 people up front just to get our pizzas that had been sitting on the counter for 30 min. In that time span we saw no gloves, poor packing, names called quietly once, people who ordered 3-7 hours ahead still waiting 1-3 hours after the pick up time, no names being put on the pizza portal, people washing their hand then reaching into back pockets and touching faces only then to touch peoples orders. Our pizza was cold and burnt. No sauce on anything

This is the most horrible place on earth!! The staff is SUPER RUDE AND IGNORE EVERYONE!! Soo many people walk out cause no one can’t get any service! I literally seen my order on the table and I was waiting over 35mins! And no one would come to the damn counter! This place NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!

We made an online order of 2 pepperoni and one crazy combo at the Willis , Texas location. They had one pizza ready much longer than the other and it took an hour past the time it said our order would be ready. They also only gave about a 1/4 container of the red sauce with the crazy combo. The lobby was full of people also waiting on their orders. One of the men working on slicing and boxing orders was slamming pans and utensils. Definitely do not recommend this location.

It was the most disrespectful management and poor service that k have ever experienced.i was so appauled at the attitude and conduct of the management towards his employees as well as for his customers definitely should not be in a management position on top of lieing to customers when they ask for his name stating his name to be toni and on receipt it being Connor this behavior is beyond anything I have ever witnessed last but not least it took 45 minutes to get my two 1 topping pepperoni pizzas and couldn't use my promo codes in store as stated that I could upon pickup just very dissatisfied all together

This is the second straight time that the app said our order was ready, only to find once arriving at the store, that the order was never even started. Both times we have had to wait around an extra 50 minutes to receive our order.
After waiting for the 50 additional minutes, found that they ran out of the thin crust, we ordered on one of the pizzas. The other pizza was missing one of the 4 extras we ordered and paid for.

Horrible service. Aside from waiting 15 minutes just to be greeted by someone, I ordered ahead and it was ready just to be told at the counter that my pizza was given off to someone. Save your time and go to a different location this place is horrible.

I’ve tried giving this place a chance. I’ve been understanding of huge crowds and being busy. I’ve always been nice to them and gave them the benefit of the doubt. But tonight I feel like that courtesy was just thrown back in my face.
This is for the man with the curly brown and red hair wearing the hat at the pizza cutting/boxing station. He’s always there and works that station and will also work the register at times. I don’t know his name and I wish I did because I have been nothing but nice to him any time I’ve been in the establishment.
I ordered ahead of time on the app. It said my food would be ready between 7:05 and 7:15. I get there and wait a few mins in my car because I can already see the long line. I go inside around the time and then proceed to wait another 20mins. Ok no big deal it happens every time I go.
I finally got my food around 7:30 and it’s wrong. I ordered 1 pep pretzel, 2 pep, and stuffed crazy bread with sauce. I got 1 pep pretzel and 3 pep. After he handed me everything he walked away. So I wait a minute while he was talking to someone in the back.
Finally I say excuse me….he ignores…excuse me…he ignores more….EXCUSE ME…he looks up at the lady next to me (not realizing I’m the one calling him) and says “what?” I look him in the eye and say “uh uh none of that, I’m trying to tell you my order is wrong” he walks over as I’m trying to tell him what I’m missing interrupts me and throws a crazy sauce on my pizza. I say that’s not all I’m missing, I tell him what I have and what I was supposed to have. He then proceeds to the back gets the bread and throws that at me as well and walks away.
I take my pizza outside and go back in to get his name. Of course no one in this store is ever at the front and never acknowledges anyone when they come in.
I am so done with this place. I have given them chance after chance and I feel like it has never and will never get better.
I’ve never been so angry and felt so disrespected as I did tonight when all I was trying to do was let them know that a mistake was made.

More focused on not working,”pre-closing” and not taking orders. The work ethic of these people is absolutely disappointing to see what this store is turning into. They should just have the closing time be 10 PM since the workers are doing the bare minimum. Management needs to be studied…to let things spiral this bad takes effort. That’s my experience from my very first time at this store.

Worst order ever! My online order said it was in the oven for over an hour and 10 minutes. The pretzel crust looked old and didn't have any salt on it. The 2 Extra most best pepperoni pizzas did not have very many pepperonis sauce or cheese on them you could see the bottom crust more than the toppings on the pizza.
