Called in my order. Told me it would be ready in 15. got there 20 minutes later. My pizza set on a table getting cold. had to wait another 30 minute for bread sticks pizza was terrible cold. Barely any cheese. This is the second time this has happened will not be going back

Second time ordering from this location and pizza and bread sticks have been fresh and great. But why am I paying for a container of sauce when it’s not even halfway filled up? Make the containers smaller and cheaper or fill these up.

This is the worst LC location I think I've ever experienced. The other reviews are spot on. If you want to wait an hour for sub par pizza then this is the place for you.
Personally, I pay a little more (not much) and go somewhere else where they greet me and have my order correct and ready.
Not sure why people keep patronizing this place. It hasn't improved in a decade. It will never improve.

I ordered through the app. Although the quoted time was right the food served was far from fresh. The one pizza that was made fresh had a rock hard center. The crazy bread tasted like it had been in the warmer for hours and was chewy and the crazy puffs were burnt and also cold.
Similar instances have happened the last 3 times I have gone to this location.
I won’t be returning.

When is this place going out of business ? Always understaffed . Pizza never ready on time and always 6 people minimum standing in the lobby . No organization.. no sense of urgency . Employees disappear behind the counter for more than 10 minutes at a time without addressing anyone. New customers entering the store are not greeted . Absolutely unacceptable for a business . Changes need to be made . Great opportunity for a rival pizza place to step in.

I was not asked if I needed help waited for a bit and someone walked in and was greeted and given a pizza I thought ok maybe they didn’t see me but the lady went about her business as if she didn’t see me so then an employee walked in and clocked in I guess and helped me out I think customer service should be a priority as well

This place is ABSOLUTELY THE WORST LITTLE CEASERS, I make online orders and it gives me a time and I come at that time an they talking about another 30mins and cannot give me any info as to why! Every single time it’s the same thing at this place. It needs to be shut down at this point it’s terrible and the people there have no respect whatsoever! If I could give 0 stars I would! DO BETTER!!
