We order from here often, even though there are regular mistakes with almost every order but we don’t complain. It’s whatever. We aren’t “those people”. Tonight, we got an order with a pizza that was so saturated in oil and so undercooked it was doughy. We could not even get through a slice it was that unappetizing. We called to inform the Marcos team that this was not the norm and the guy (Jacob) who answered the phone, did not seem like he cared whatsoever. It’s really a shame when you’re a loyal customer, supporting local, tolerant of mistakes but when you spend $60 on an uneditable pizza and the management doesn’t care, it’s truly disappointing. Do better Marcos!

I really like Marco's pizza, but the pizzas are not very consistent. I ordered a triple pepperoni pizza a few times and this is the difference between 2 orders. Kind of disappointed the 2nd time around.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location was fairly easy to get in and out. The food was good, not the best I have had but it was good.

The service was good, but the pizza itself left something to be desired. The price point was pretty high too. When my boyfriend added toppings, it made our total go to $50 something for 2 pizzas that didn't taste great and we felt sick the next day. Also staff said $2.25 for toppings, not for each topping. Mod's in Willis is much better for the taste and price.

This store does not honor their posted hours of operation. Called at 10:30pm to place an order and I was informed that they close at 10:15pm even though they advertise 11pm. "It gives them time to clean the store without orders coming in" was the excuse I was given.

One of the best spots in Willis, Texas if you’re looking to get some pizza, I will never go to Papa Johns again!
Pizza and wings are always amazing! Last night I got a delivery was paying cash I tipped online whitch bought my total to $51 when the delivery showed up I handed him $60 as we exchanged boxes he went to walk away, I asked for my change he didn't have any. Definitely something that needs to be looked into! They need to carry basic change. Wasn't the best experience to do $9 online and another 9 in person. That poor delivery guy had no idea what to say as he only had a couple bucks in his pocket.

Ordered pepperoni pizza and cheesy bread last night. I was so impressed with the cheesy bread: perfectly seasoned, soft and delivered piping hot in no time at all. The pepperoni pizza was delish too and loaded with 2 kinds of pep. The whole experience, from app ordering to delivery of a hot, fresh, cooked to perfection meal was 5 stars! People if you haven't tried Marco's in Willis you're really missing out!
