This is the cleanest restaurant I've seen. Staff were friendly, good choice of music, the pizza cooked perfectly, and the guy in charge of the oven was obviously good at his job, and cared about his job. He even cut the pizza with a clean cutter, and I didn't ask him to, because he knew I ordered a vegan pizza. That's not something you see everyday. Keep up the good work! Thanks a lot.

Always go in store when ordering. I say this so you can actually see how they're creating your pizza. Online ordering was easy but workers following through and paying attention to detail isn't it. I will continue to go in store like I have before. 1st time doing online and last time. We love MOD so no hard feelings just lesson learned. 💖

I enjoyed my dinner. I ordered the mini pizza which was the perfect amount for me. I got grilled chicken with lots of toppings and the spicy buffalo sauce. I got it done extra crispy. They did a great job. The staff was nice. I’ll go back again. I’d like to try several different style pizzas. Check it out!

Literally my favorite place to get pizza. Love the fact that there's many options...since I'm vegan, I eat nothing but plants, thankfully they have plant-based sausage and dairy-free cheese, so I definitely don't miss out on the best parts of a pizza.

I’m a loyal fan of MOD Pizza for its delicious food and exceptional service, and Jocelyn is a shining example of what service should be—friendly, attentive, and personable. She made us feel valued as customers, and her service was hands down the highlight of our visit.
However, the restaurant’s cleanliness was unacceptable. Tables were unclean, the trash near the drink machine was overflowing, and the floor was littered with debris. The bathroom had no paper towels, which further emphasized a lack of attention to basic upkeep. When I asked for a rag to wipe down our table, I was handed a dry cloth with no cleaner and no offer to clean the table. Ultimately, I hoped the employee would offer to wipe it down but no avail. For a brand that prides itself on quality, I expected better.
I decided to visit First Watch early the next day. While waiting, I noticed the outdoor trash was still overflowing, and the entrance door was smudged with fingerprints. I share this with the hope that management will address these issues, as they undermine the otherwise fantastic dining experience that Jocelyn provided while making our pizzas.
Thank you for your attention to this important feedback—I know MOD Pizza can do better to create a clean, welcoming environment for customers.
Jacquelyn’s hostile attitude towards the staff and customers was incredibly hostile. With her throwing metal pizza markers and belittling the staff, it created an unpleasant environment to be in. Especially whenever there are others waiting patiently all while watching this woman act like a child. I don’t intend on returning while she’s there. The rest of the staff was great.
