I’m a loyal fan of MOD Pizza for its delicious food and exceptional service, and Jocelyn is a shining example of what service should be—friendly, attentive, and personable. She made us feel valued as customers, and her service was hands down the highlight of our visit.
However, the restaurant’s cleanliness was unacceptable. Tables were unclean, the trash near the drink machine was overflowing, and the floor was littered with debris. The bathroom had no paper towels, which further emphasized a lack of attention to basic upkeep. When I asked for a rag to wipe down our table, I was handed a dry cloth with no cleaner and no offer to clean the table. Ultimately, I hoped the employee would offer to wipe it down but no avail. For a brand that prides itself on quality, I expected better.
I decided to visit First Watch early the next day. While waiting, I noticed the outdoor trash was still overflowing, and the entrance door was smudged with fingerprints. I share this with the hope that management will address these issues, as they undermine the otherwise fantastic dining experience that Jocelyn provided while making our pizzas.
Thank you for your attention to this important feedback—I know MOD Pizza can do better to create a clean, welcoming environment for customers.

Jacquelyn’s hostile attitude towards the staff and customers was incredibly hostile. With her throwing metal pizza markers and belittling the staff, it created an unpleasant environment to be in. Especially whenever there are others waiting patiently all while watching this woman act like a child. I don’t intend on returning while she’s there. The rest of the staff was great.

We had gluten free veggies pizza and regular veggies pizza. The gluten free tasted not great. The regular tasted better. But on both they didn’t put enough veggies.we didn’t add meat so it looked like they didn’t substitute with more veggies. Disappointing overall

The two ladies working on 6/13 around 1:30 were AMAZING!! I believe one of their names was Jackie? They were both very sweet and very fast at making the pizza. Food and atmosphere are AMAZING! Will come here all the time.

The service is horrible! I have been there a few times, and it was always the same. But yesterday was the worst day. The person who was making our pizzas had a terrible attitude, didn’t want to speak to ask about the ingredients, and when we said what we wanted, he got super angry. It bothered him that my kids were saying what they wanted on their pizzas, and you could see how lazy he was working. When my husband asked him what his problem was and why he had such a bad attitude, another employee came out to defend him instead of telling him he was doing everything wrong! In the end, we didn’t finish our order and left in a hurry! Don’t waste your time going to that place, the service is the worst, and on top of that, they are super stingy with the ingredients!

Chey Absolutely welcoming!!! We were greeted at the door by staff. Our order was taken quick and courteously. Upsales matched what we ordered. It was fresh and hot. First pizza spot I’ve been to where the staff seem to like the service they provide and took pride in how they provide it. Service was great all the way down the line. Absolutely great location MOD location and will definitely go back. And it was clean! Chey and staff made regulars out of our family tonight.
