CLOSE IT DOWN N STOP ROBBING HARD WORKING PPLS $$$$$,,, 40 bucks wasted, worse than dog food, food tasted old like from yesterday or the day before maybe, and tasted like it was cooked in dirty pans, just nasty, we eat panda express all the time, but this was our 1st time to the Willis location, and now will be out last trip to any of them anymore. On top of the dog food they served us they also shorted us the shrimp, go figure. Even the egg roll n cheese ragons were hard and tasted like they were old in fried in old oil, almost like they were left over from last wks lunch!!! Ticket says 5: 49 p.m. which is prime time for dinner!!!! UNEXCEPTABLE!!!!! We work hard for our $$$ just to save to be able to eat out, this is total robbery!!!!! Order # 228561 server Maria V

Never got my food. Manager here barely speaks English and is lazy. I like to actually physically see the food I'm ordering here because I've been ripped off at this location and this women wouldn't unlock the lobby door for 5 seconds to let me come look, ONLY allowed to order through the drive-thru absolutely ridiculous at a place like this. She was just either too lazy or wanted to rip me off with a vegetable only meat and veggie plate like they've done before. They put like 3 pieces of me in to go orders hoping that you're not going to notice because you're not eating at the restaurant I'd like to actually see the food that's being put into my plate. Will he reporting her to corporate

Typical fast chinese? Food. They stopped serving Sweet Fire Chicken so that is a bad thing. I got their Terioki Chicken to replace my favorite and it was mostly gristle and fat. It was terrible! Never again!

I placed my order fifteen minutes ahead of my arrival time as generally a family meal takes longer to make. As soon as I placed the order I receive a message that my order was ready for pickup. It took me 10 minutes to arrive to the restaurant, another 3 minutes waiting in the online pickup area only to be told that they were behind and to wait.... so why was I sent a message that my order was ready....
While waiting at the restaurant I got a chance to notice many things. O my goodness, I tell you, the level of hygiene this restaurant has is awful. I saw not one, not 2, but 4 people touch the crab rangoons they were serving customers with bare hands. Not all at the same time of course. So 2 were grabbing the tongs and in passing touched the crab rangoons. The other 2 touched them when closing the boxes. If they're going to have that much contact with the food they need to wash their hands more. I worked in food service and know that you wash your hands if you touch food. Especially when customers can see everything you do. I saw 2 of your cashiers also open the boxes and stick their nasty hands in the containers before putting the food in there. If they're going to do that they need to wash their hands and dry them off FIRST! What kind of restaurant are y'all running here. I saw you guys recently hired a ton of people and the ladies who worked there before always wore gloves and were always clean especially working on people's food. The only time I saw anyone wash their hands was a manager coming back from break. This is not acceptable. This much contact with food y'all need to either throw the food away or enforce more hand washing. You're gonna get someone sick!
Caro is not very friendly, we asked for black pepper chicken, which is on the menu and there is also a tray on the line with the name but there was no one there, I asked cordially if they could prepare it, we could wait, to which Caro just said NO, and the chow mai did not have a good flavor, I doubt I will return to this location.

Update: Ashley the manager on duty told me I could come back for a replacement meal, when I did the other manager Caro said she could not honor it.
Avoid the broccoli beef, apparently you get one piece of meat for every 3 pieces of broccoli according to the managers.

As a Trucker I try & eat healthy on the road instead of fast food stuff. But it's getting more & more expensive even here. Lol.. hell I spent 13 bucks just for dinner. At least yall could fill up all my compartments so I could save some for the next day for that amount of money n that 2go compartment. Thank God the food is always great, fresh & hot.
