As a Trucker I try & eat healthy on the road instead of fast food stuff. But it's getting more & more expensive even here. Lol.. hell I spent 13 bucks just for dinner. At least yall could fill up all my compartments so I could save some for the next day for that amount of money n that 2go compartment. Thank God the food is always great, fresh & hot.

I placed my order online 1 hour ahead to be picked up at a 9:30 . I get here and my order is not ready at all. I wait extra 10 minutes while people walk in and get their order and walk out. If they knew I was coming at 9:30 why not have my stuff done. Total disorderly

I've given this location way too many chances. I've been several times in the past 2 years. Every time, and I mean EVERY time I've been there, they've Ben out of my choice of entrée and I've had to wait for about 15 minutes. One time, they were out of white rice. WHITE RICE?!?! What Chinese restaurant is out of white rice?? I was told I could wait 45 minutes! I don't think so. She said it's because they only have one rice cooker. They also only run one wok for entrees and one for sides. Tonight, they were out of 5 entrees! They also have a habit of cooking food that isn't needed yet, instead of food that's empty. Whoever is running this place needs to let someone else do it. Last week, I was at the one in Conroe during lunch rush. Lots of people there. No empty entrée bowls at all. Well, no more chances, I'm done. I see lots of others complaining about the same thing, with no response.

I came inside 30 minutes before closing. I understand they have no desire to make new food that close to closing time. I ordered a family meal and visually saw more than enough already prepared to fulfill my order. There was just a little less of the beef than a full container I asked can you just top it off with chicken. The manager was extremely rude and refused. I finally said fine just give me the rest of the beef even if it doesn’t quite fill up the container. Yet again rudely she refused and said it has to fill the entire container. I said it’s almost closing you’re going to throw away the rest anyway. I don’t care if it’s not totally full that’s what I want. She said the cameras. I’m not allowed. At this point I was getting beyond irritated. She claimed that the entire incident would be written down and I said oh please do. That way I can get a refund for the online order I had placed to begin with and was charged for but they never received.
I’ve never had someone so rude and then to hide from me as soon as it came time to check me out.

I walked in it’s about 10 people working looking lost the guy running the drive threw is slow so I walked in for faster service, I stood there looking at him and the other crew for five minutes. No one said anything at least I could have gotten hello how are you? We will be with you in a moment. I would have been happy with that, but I stood there looking like I didn’t supposed to be there and also looking at all the food that they needed to make and they kept looking at me and I look at them waiting to be greeted Is someone Walk into a place of business or even your house is common sense to greet that person where the ones walking in to get/Purchase overall bad customer service if you don’t wanna work don’t go but a smile on your face greet customers I know Y’all got told this in your little interview …finally a lady took my order and she didn’t even speak. She just asked what did I want like five minutes probably more stop counting. Out of all of them people somebody should’ve spoke. We stand in line like sore thumb.

Food was bleh .... It all tasted the exact same .... Rice was cooked and salted .... Teriyaki chicken was a mess/no flavor orange chicken was soggy breading and the only thing the kung pao had going for it was the hot pepper ... Definitely not worth the price paid

Don’t bother walking inside. Do all your ordering on the app as walk ins do not have priority. I waited over 5 minutes for the server to take a break from online ordering to ask what I wanted. Waited 25 minutes for an item that I was told 6 for - after 10 a “hey do you want something else instead” would have been great. Food is usually good, but service is always slow and this visit was slow enough to complain about. ??‍♀️
