We had our pizzas delivered tonight from willis texas store. We have never had any problems before. When I opened the garic knots they were upside down and was a mess. They leaked into the top pizza box. I opened the pizza box to check on it. The garlic cup was smashed and leaked all under the pizza making it soggy. I then opened our second pizza. The garlic cup was also busted open but luckily didn't get all under this pizza. My husband said his pizza was the worst he has ever gotten from them. This really surprised me that this was such a mess because we have never had issues before.

Ordered chicken Buffalo pizza. When my pizza was delivered, it was incorrect with pizza sauce instead of Buffalo sauce and had sausage. Called and they we're going to send out another one...waited 45 min for "corrected" pizza and IT WAS INCORRECT AGAIN! Same issue, no Buffalo sauce and no side dipping sauce like I had asked for. Called again and was told they got busy was the reason they can't read an order correctly..TWICE! Still waiting for my refund. Never again...going to Crust Pizza now on!

Ordered on phone app! It is not as reliable as the computer! Special was ordered, which was an extra large NY style pepperoni! We got a plain cheese! Called to complain and got a lecture on how to order! Not very happy! And you can’t go back on the phone app to check the order! That app needs revision and be made more like the computer app!

The pizzas weren’t good at all this time around. There wasn’t really any toppings and my pizzas were burnt. After coming home from work I wanted pizza and I picked Papa John’s instead of another restaurant. I’m definitely checking my food before I get home the next time.
