The pizzas weren’t good at all this time around. There wasn’t really any toppings and my pizzas were burnt. After coming home from work I wanted pizza and I picked Papa John’s instead of another restaurant. I’m definitely checking my food before I get home the next time.

Let's be legitimate - when I order prepared food, for delivery, I usually tip between 20 & 30%, and I stipulate the tip is split between the driver & the cook. Right is right, and you have to know that it is proper, if not minimal to do this.Okay - pizza is fairly solid, with a well seasoned crust. I like stuffed crust, but I like super thin & crispy too - that is probably impossible to make, but it's my preference. I did get a garlic butter crust too & that was great, but a bit more bland than expected. The toppings & cheese were nearly perfect & the sauce has a solid flavor. Legitimately deserving of the 4 stars; though a 5 was just out of reach due to my wife's pizza - she had a thin crust, oddball sauce, pepperoni & pineapple. We agreed that it wasn't that good. I will say, the app was great for prep time & ordering.

Christmas eve I placed an online order for my kids at this location. (My order was 45.00 total with delivery fee etc.) After an hour we were wondering where the pizza was and my order was CANCELLED and the money was pulled from my account!!! I got the notification of the cancelled order AN HOUR AFTER I placed it. I contacted the store and the lady who answered stated "oh well we dont know anything about that you can replace the order if you want) when I spoke to the manager Megan (I think her name was) she stated she would replace my entire order for free because she too didnt know what happened. She then stated the system was down and it was happening to alot of people and she then stated again that she would send my order free due to the inconvenience but turned around and charged me another 30.00!!! (She basically took off the 5.00 delivery fee and one medium pizza IF that!!) I contacted corporate and the most illiterate person TEXTED me and pretty much stated "oh well it happens." Not a phone call, not an email, a TEXT! I used to be a GM for several Papa Johns and this is NOT how its done! They then quoted me 30 mins to get my order and I got it an hour and 15 mins later! There is still the 45.00 hold on my card as well and I need to "wait for it to drop of contact my bank." I also lost my online points!! Worst experience ever and I order from this location ALOT!!

We ate just a couple slices and got very sick from it. We then inspected the rest of the pizza and realized it wasn’t fully cooked. Won’t be back here ever again. Papa Johns has always been my favorite until now. The quality of most store locations has gone way down. I drove 20 minutes to the Willis location only to pick up some undercooked food.

Megan the GM over this store has really turned it around. The quality of food and service really shows when you have someone that cares. My pizza showed up on time. Hot. And Well done like I wanted. I wish I would have taken pictures. But the family and I devoured it. I’ll definitely be ordering again from you guys!
My son is a pizza lover, I go once a week if not more. Megan and her team are awesome, at this point they know me by name!!!! Every single time my kid tells me “tell my pizza lady I love her” ? it is just a big homey environment, and I will NEVER go anywhere else, well unless Megan goes to ;)

Order delivery around 11:46 and man was I pleasantly surprised. Everything I asked for! Delivery man was professional and very nice.It was an older gentleman in a newish Toyota sedan. Wish I would’ve gotten his name. Price is decent but I wish they would pay their employees more.Tipped slightly above 30% and it still doesn’t feel like its enough. I met him upfront so he didn’t have to wait or walk in the heat long for close to minimum wage.

We order here fairly regularly. Have had no issues with food quality or service. I will say that they would benefit from giving their employees a deserved raise.
First time going as I’ve just moved here but the service was awful. The lady behind the register threw my pizza on the counter and said “here you go” I have never once been treated so rudely before at any papa johns. As a former employee of papa John’s It’s upsetting how terrible the customer service was. It wasn’t busy or anything either but I can see why with service like that from employees.

Although this is a chain restaurant I do believe each location is different. I normally call in an order to this location about once a month and I have been incredibly pleased with my service each time! The phone call is quick and my pickup time has always been less than 20 minutes! Please note, I generally call around 6PM. My husband normally gets a custom made pizza and they've always made it correct! If you're thinking about using this location - I recommend trying it out!
