We ordered pizza tonight (12-22-23) and the crust was half raw. And we waited over an hour for it to be delivered (was kinda thinking it would take a bit with it being a holiday weekend). We normally don’t have that problem when ordering.

Alright guys, what happened? The pizza is coming out very greasy and WAY TOO thin. Make sure to keep it some-what fluffy otherwise you'll end up with a very greasy mess. Also, as of today December 17, 2023, it came out exactly like I said. Also, the cuts were fine except 2 slices (guy's really? ). Yall need to get it together and practice making them well, and consistent every time. Otherwise, you will lose customers, and no money=no money for paychecks.
This Pizza Hut is horrible!!! After 2 hrs of waiting I call and they said they cancelled my order, didn’t apologize or offer a deal and resend my food or anything, say hello to Marcos they will get all my business now!!

I did not have the most pleasant experience with the delivery of my order. I placed an online order and when I received the order, it was very sloppy. The Pepperoni Pizza was not together at all and the wings did not have very much sauce on them. I can tell it was made in a rush or someone missed the quality check process.

Just received my stuffed crust cheese pizza. Total junk after I already paid way too much for it and deliver fee/tip. No more delivered pizza because you’re just stuck with it and they know it. Done with the Willis location too. Who sends this out? How is this acceptable to anyone
