We usually do curbside pick up and honestly these last few months that we have come here, our pizza was cold. I understand this business can get some big orders, but a warning in advance when we order through the phone would be appreciated so we know the expected wait time. I changed my rating from 5 to 3 stars. Just recently I came right before opening time waiting on a pizza order. I saw it was 11 and a few people started going in. I expected someone to come outside and take my payment and let me know an estimated wait time on my pizza, but no. I decided to go in. To my surprise 5 employees were standing around the front counter. I ended up letting them know I was the order that called in before opening time and that I would be waiting in my car for the pizza. For once it was actually hot and fresh. This is why my rating was not lower. The pizza here is delicious when it’s fresh, I just don’t feel welcomed anymore. The atmosphere feels like it shifted this year.
