I used to enjoy this location because they were always attentive and served great food. But something has happened. Today topped it off. They advertise chicken wings à la cart and when you get them, they’re a bunch of chicken wing pieces. Put the pieces together you might have three chicken wings instead of six like it’s advertised at the prices they’re getting. Was very hard and chewy and a couple of pieces tasted very rancid like a dead chicken. I know the chicken is fried and dead, but this was rancid very sour tasting. I can deal with an issue or two but when you try to call Popeyes corporate or call to discuss a complaint, you gotta talk to a damn Computer And then the computer divert you away from the issue. Buys your love by just offering you a free chicken sandwich or something. I don’t want a chicken sandwich not if it taste like the chicken. I just ate so their level of Services take it or leave it. I won’t be back.

My husband ordered a LG sprite, LG coke and LG coke zero. The person at the window didn't put the coke zero on the ticket.

Bought 12 pc family meal. Chicken was way overcooked and hard cold slaw had a funny texture. The only thing that was descent was the mash potatoes and biscuits. Was very disappointed was not worth 34.00.

My elderly Mother and I were so very disappointed as we were craving some Popeyes and thought this Willis, TX location would be really good as Willis is a nice little town. We'll, WRONG. We ordered a family pack meal. After paying with a bankcard, and waiting for our meal at the drive-thru, the employee hurriedly handed us our order and told me my bank card and receipt was in the bag. It was and was sitting on top of the chicken box. He could not even hand us the receipt and bank card first, then hand over our meal. Very unprofessional. He did not ask if we needed anything else or a thank you, come back again. It's not like they were busy, but even if they were each customer waits patiently and each customer deserves to feel they are getting the best service for their money. So once we got home and was taking everything out I could not believe their were only 3, little ole thin napkins, and one set of plastic cutlery. I'm like are you kidding me. I contacted the Popeyes location immediately, and spoke to the Manager. She was so very nice and understand my frustration. She told me that she would certainly let Corpoarate know and kept apologizing saying that employees are told to only hand out 2 or 3 napkins unless the customer asks for extra and the same.with the cutlery. She told me they had a meeting earlier that day and that she would certainly bring it to the attention of Corporate. That is unacceptable. As much as they charge for chicken and because they want to cut corners. NO NO NO. Their napkins are so thin, and hard you get dang near road rash just wiping with them. If people would quit buying and or complain about this they would have no choice but to change. Corporate GREED is what it is.

They should've just stayed closed. Sat in the drive thru for 20 mins trapped in between cars because they're slow & thennnnn as soon as I get to the window my order isn't ready even tho I placed my order online the app 20 mins before that! Currently waiting for my order that I placed just about an hour ago. There's a whole parking lot full of cars waiting lol
It would have been more (what we had was delicious), but I didn't make it home with everything I ordered. No one picked up the phone when I called 3 times either.
We went in to have dinner, but saw what was offered and the prices but decided to leave. I don't know how they can charge what they charge. This is the 2nd time we visited this location. 1 st time was not good. Did a drive thru order & they messed up my order. Was supposed to get a breast but was given a thigh. Tried calling as soon as I saw this but they NEVER answered. Not going to give it a 3rd try.

I ordered a 10-piece spicy and I ended up with some chicken that look like it had been cooked about 3 weeks ago it was probably the worst I've ever got from a Popeye's franchise

I was super excited about the Popeye reopening. My service was horrible it's not packed and I waited on my food for over 30 mins and this is not the first time. My food was cold once I got it so I asked if they could remake it the manager Damien got an attitude with me as I was talking to another employer and said well it’s supposed to be cold and I told him I’m not talking about the wrap. I’m speaking about the chicken fingers. He looked at me rolled his eyes got upset. Told the other Worker to take the food back from me and remake it, but did hand gestures and had an attitude. as I was waiting for my food, I found out that he was the manager of this location. He was super unprofessional and very aggressive. also waited for a total of 30 to 35 minutes before our food came I will not be coming back to this location.

Worst Popeyes I've ever been to. 45 minutes is way to long to wait and it wasn't very busy. I'll drive to Montgomery.
I recently ordered takeout—5 pieces of classic tenders and a quarter-pound of popcorn shrimp, along with Mardi Gras and cocktail sauces. When my order arrived, there were no sauces included, and to make matters worse, both the chicken and shrimp were extremely bland. The batter was noticeably stale, with an unpleasant taste of old frying oil. I ended up peeling off most of the batter in an attempt to salvage the meal, but even the chicken itself left me feeling unwell. Ultimately, I had to throw everything away. I was genuinely hopeful that this spot would become my go-to for a taste of home, but my experience was deeply disappointing
