The food is great the employee are awesome but the owner and the atmosphere is a piece of work the owner and runs off people and his business off that helps other people in a time of need and a restaurant is supposed to be a place for people to get out and enjoy and should not have a limit of how long people sit their especially people who don't do anything wrong and are on laptops and the owner doesn't want anyone that isn't a customer using their bathrooms but their are people that have bathroom issues and can't wait or hold it and your going to tell them they can use the restroom that's not right a restaurant is supposed to be open to the public and all this owner dose is run off his customers that bring them business and messes with the people who isn't hurting anything or doing anything wrong

We ordered their $5 sandwich special to go. Their qr code wouldnt work. The manager, who couldn't speak english ran credit card through for full amount. We cancelled order and then she refused to credit back card. Disputing with card company. Will never eat here again. Very rude manager

Please note: to all the reviewers complaining about the awful red head…she was finally FIRED!!! The fella that works behind the register when we visited was very pleasant & professional!! He even showed me how thin the turkey was sliced bc the Conroe location cuts theirs WAY too thick! The restaurant and restroom (ladies) was very clean. The lemonade was very lemony, so if that’s your thing, you’re in luck! The diet DP was amazing! My daughter and I both got turkey sandwiches mine with veggies, hers without. My sandwich was good, but my daughter thought hers tasted funny. We concluded that she doesn’t like their cheddar cheese. She also got a Cinnabon which actually looked fresh and not day old leftovers thrown out by Cinnabon like I’ve seen in other locations!

This location is absolutely terrible. Terrible customer service. The red head girl that works the window is extremely rude. Honestly i won’t be going back until they get better management in there and train their employees how to have an attitude adjustment.

Your service is trouble my mom just got her order and ya'll didn't give her the meal with the chips ya'll gave her just the sandwich and not the chips my mom wanted the chip with her sandwich. My mom will not be coming back to your sandwich place ya'll did trouble
I never have a problem with the food.. just smile and act like humans are in the drive thru, not just another transaction. Kindness goes a long way.

Deya deserves a raise!! She was so kind and outgoing and created a friendly atmosphere while being informative of the menu and making us feel comfortable with the best idea of what we were thinking about getting! I'll be coming back very soon

Horrible went through the drive through got my cinnamon bun cold, got off went inside asked if he can warm it up for me he gave it back to me in less than 2 seconds and said here you go, however it was still cold, he must be having a bad day with horrible customer service.
