Horrible went through the drive through got my cinnamon bun cold, got off went inside asked if he can warm it up for me he gave it back to me in less than 2 seconds and said here you go, however it was still cold, he must be having a bad day with horrible customer service.

Tables need tending too, lots of crumbs and left over mess from previous diners. Classic schlotzskys sandwiches, our server seemed new so I have no complaints on the issues we encountered as he was friendly and prompt to resolve them.

Girl at front was attentive. Food was complete trash, undercooked sloppy and way too many peaks of sauce on the flatbread. Every single table in the restaurant was dirty with no customers. They were goofing off in the back instead of working which is fine just please clean the tables!!The cook ran to the bathroom way more times than I can count during our short dinner, i hope she isnt sick while cooking or worse. I could not finish the food as it was making me nauseas and I gave it to the homeless man sitting outside. We got water from the fountain, it was yellow and tasted like mold. The potato soup was just gross and old tasting . Why are so many restaurants going downhill that I used to love?

Highly disappointed. Inside offers plenty of space from other tables and is very accommodating on various table sizes including bar height tables. There are a couple of salads as a better healthy menu option and they seemed okay looking. Most of the items are deli cold cut sandwiches, namely turkey. I have to say they are garbage. No one should put this junky bread or meat in your body. I actually couldn't eat more that just a few bites. What are you putting in the bread? The meal upgrade for a cheap off brand small bag of chips and small drink will cost you an additional $4! FOR SHAME! The flatbread meal that I bought was not worth $15! I asked for chicken and got mostly day long soft bacon and only a few chicken pieces. It is not very good and leaves a bad aftertaste. The staff member that attended our needs was genuinely unpleasant and lacked any basic pleasant communication skills and manners. They offer $5 pizzas that everyone seems to be okay with. Ultimately this meal was not worth the money.

Workers outside feeding a dog and letting their children run in and out of the kitchen area. No one washing hands. Per health laws, this should not be happening. Person in the kitchen walked to the back and did not acknowledge that I was there as a customer. They were more concerned with stray feeding dogs.

Havent been to a Schlotzsky's in over 10years... and it hasnt changed a bit... sandwiches very light on the meat still... only went with 2 work friends. would not go back
Sat in the drive through at the menu for 15 minutes while 2 cars ahead of me ordered and got their food. I tried to call out through the speaker several times and no answer. I pulled up to the window and made eye contact with several different employees. After 25 minutes at the window I finally started knocking on the window until someone came. I finally got my food after 50+ minutes in the drive thru. No discount no apologies nothing. This will most definitely be the last time I eat here. This is the absolute worst drive thru I’ve ever been in. I travel for work and go to a lot of different places to eat and have never experienced anything this dissatisfying. If I could give negative stars I would.

I ordered online and apparently made the mistake of asking for custom no tomato add black olives. I guess I'll try to be less demanding next time. Completely inedible even if I were not allergic to fresh tomato. Also no black olives. It also appears this has exactly 4 pieces of shredded cheese on it. Do better Schlotskys. Especially after septupling your prices and lowering quality.
