Did not ask me for rewards to scan, I also asked a second time when I order something else and the gentlemen stated he had already rang me up. He gave me a receipt the first time but not the second time.
On a side note, this donut shop does not carry boudin kolaches.

Old donuts. Don’t go later in the day. donuts look old and if they are out an item instead of getting a refund you get more old donuts!

You would think they would address concerns of bad reviews as well as they do good reviews and poor management and they do not make Shipley donuts correctly!!!! This is my third or fourth trip there still nasty donuts, Five dollars down the drain every time!!! I will not be back!!!
Worst Shipley I have ever been too, donuts are not right. I tried choking them down had to throw away. Asked for chocolate filled and I got chocolate donut will white filling, the girl was fondling the donut so I told her i did not want devils food with white creme filling. She did not speak English. The first picture is what I asked for the second is what i got and it was nasty. Too doughy and not cooked all the way.Worse Shipley worse employee cannot speak english always give me the wrong thing worse cream filling in all donuts, that is not cream filling, donuts are supposed to be glazed before adding icing and they are not worse shipley ever

Service and atmosphere was amazing, nice, kind friendly people. Wonderful but the Food the thick, like a little to much bread and not enough glaze. Some was still a little doughy taste but did not have a doughy look. First time I have ever had them, there not bad just not the best I had. Hope this doesn't mess up your day. Sorry.

Marilyn was the sweetest ever! Because of care it made our trip enjoyable! Amazing cold brew coffee and Fresh Doughnuts and the kolache's breading was so fresh and warm and delicious

I love your Chocolate fill donuts. Why does this store close at 3:00pm? The Conroe Shipleys store is open 24 hours. Your store is beautiful, on 45 S and all Texas Natives prefer Shipleys Donuts. We compare any donut to it. Please consider extending your hours.

They’re Shipley’s Donuts, so they are good. However, I have been to this location numerous times, and at different times of morning, and have yet to get a warm glazed donut. I go to any other location and 75% of the time I get warm glazed donut. I don’t understand what the management here is doing that they never have warm glazed donuts to serve. To me that is the staple of Shipley’s Donuts. Come on guys. I now drive an extra 5 miles to go to another location because of this.
Update, Thanksgiving 2024: Still amazing. Still absolutely worth the drive from Huntsville. Added 3 photos. Great selection, always fresh! This place is big for a Shipley's!! Friendly people, quick service, clean as a whistle.
