Seems like every time we try to go here they are out of everything. No dr.pepper,cheese sticks,cheddar peppers ect. The list goes on they should atleast put up signs like every other store to warn customers what they are out of. Then they dont take your full order they repeat it back to you then somehow it's not on the receipt when they bring the order. This location is by far the worst I have been to.

If I had the choice to give zero stars I would. Ordered through the app, the food said it was ready but did not come out until after 10-15 minutes after it said hadyen would be out. Food came out cold and the fries were refried and when asked to at least remake the watered down slushes the car hopped stated she couldn’t because the slushes machine was over worked due to a rush and they would all be watered down so there was no need to remake it because I would be the same and walked away. The manager, I guess that’s who she was, a young lady with curly hair and nose piercing. Came out to ask what was the problem with an attitude almost immediately stated she couldn’t remake the food but would remake the drinks but it was a rush so there was nothing really that could be done. We requested the refund, she walked away and never came back to tell us if the refund had been fulfilled. This location lacks professional and customer service. I understand having a rush come through but to lack professionalism because of it is uncalled for especially if you have enough staff.

If you can’t hear someone in Your speaker boxes you can put a sign saying it’s not working, or walk outside and take a dang order. To keep being nasty saying I can’t hear you 5 times vs saying could you please switch to a different speaker box is terrible customer service. Ended up just leaving because the employee was rude.
