gave my sister a grilled cheese that wasn’t toasted, had raw pork, and had a Kraft American single unmelted on it. also were out of burgers which is weird because that’s half your menu. were out of tots. DO BETTER

Went today and while the order was correct the bread was stale and the fries tasted like they were made weeks ago. Pure garbage.

Terrible! We ordered online for pickup at 6:15 pm and got here at 6:10, and served the incorrect order after waiting 5 minutes. We also had to wait an additional 25 minutes to get our food after ringing the buzzer two times just to be told it will be right out. Clearly the incompetence of the employees here will argue and laugh at you. What is the point of ordering in advance just to wait almost 35 minutes for fast food? Don't waste your time coming here unless it is for a drink. Will not be coming back. Not sure why anyone comes here! Wish I could give this a zero star. Don't waste your time!

There's no atmosphere here at all. Devoid of personality, charm or character. The master shakes we ordered were barely stirred and had half cookies left in the bottom and un mixed syrup. Wow. ?the app was down and we ended up paying $7 on our order ordering at the red button vs online ordering. ?

Consistent bad service and the order is always wrong. It doesn’t matter what you order, it’s going to be wrong. This is by far the worst Sonic I have ever been to.
Ordered the large popcorn chicken combo. Food was hot and the CarHop was friendly ??Parking: It was extremely crowded the day I went. Most of the Stalls already had cars. Went to the drive-thru which was extremely quick, very nice.

I ordered a number 1 with a cherry limeade and a number 4. Who would eat this? Not sure what happened. We have been here numerous times and have had good service. The hamburger looked obscene with all the mayo. The cherry limeade was all soda water. We will never be back there.
