Won’t be coming back to this location. I will go in Kroger instead. They can’t get your drink right and when you ask them to fix it they have an attitude and slam it back down saying “now try this” smh horrible service!

Placed an online order for delivery at 3-5pm. After paying and placing the order, we noticed that their system changed the delivery time from 3-5pm to 9-11pm without asking us. We called Kroger about the issue. They reviewed everything and, without exception, cancelled the order without resolving the issue and told us, "Oh, you will need to place the order again." When we tried to place the order again, they were on the phone and could only select 9-11pm because they were experiencing a website glitch. We showed this to them; they said, "Hmm, well, we will let our IT department know and send them the recorded call." We told them we were recording the call as well, and they said Oh, you are well. I have to end the call now. Kroger declined in 2025, and this is evident not only in their management but also in how they handle issues today. Sad, sad day when the customer service reps will not make things right, especially when our email stated the order was placed for 3-5pm, not 9-11pm.

“Terri” made our drinks this am and service attitude and drinks all horrible!! Raised her voice trying to argue and yell at me across the store then another lady come trying to tell me I can’t yell smh but the employee began yelling at me. Upset I told her no one everrr made our drinks half full!! Who does that?!?! Oat milk is FREE in the drink. Why is it so hard to give at least 2/4 cups full?? A venti cup is 20 ounce. She gave four oz oatmilk saying that is the extra amount. When I was using to e milk at the free milk and sugar bar the lady came and snatched up the milks carafes. This location is trash service except a few employees. Wesley and the younger manager lady are awesome but these washed up ladies who act like I didn’t pay for my drink are horrible. Of all the Starbucks I’ve ever been to there’s only been three locations to make a big deal about my drink all across the nation smh I’ll just be driving extra to go to my regular location because th e service rudeness and white privilege here is horrible ((no I’m not white!))

This was one of the worst Starbucks I’ve went to they only had one person working it was a older lady I waited 5 minutes just to order and then waited about 10 minutes just to get my drink and I got my drink and it wasn’t correctly done the lady didn’t know how to make different drinks only the ones on the menu I saw a drink on TikTok and decided to order it but it wasn’t made correctly after I had to repeat everything to her twice.

Just stopped by the Starbucks at I-45 and 1097 in Willis, TX to grab a nice hot drink before getting back on the road. Their website says they’re open until 9:00 p.m., so I walked in at 8:50, excited to order. I stood at the counter ready, and the employee turned around and simply said, “We’re closed.”
It wasn’t even 9 yet! I didn’t make a scene or anything—I’m not trying to be a Karen—I just quietly walked out. But I’ll be honest, I was really disappointed.
Thankfully, Dutch Bros was right across the street. They were open, super friendly, and the vibe was completely different. Just a breath of fresh air.
Let me be clear—not all Starbucks are like this one. The location on 336 North Loop in Conroe is always friendly and welcoming. I just miss the way Starbucks used to be—cheerful baristas, open late, fair prices, and no extra charge just because you can’t do dairy.
So this review is specifically for the Starbucks on 1097 in Willis, TX. If you’re looking for a better experience, I’d recommend checking out one of the Conroe locations—or Dutch Bros across the road!

Always horrible customer service by young dark-haired woman. If you don’t like making drinks, maybe get a new job. I never tip here anymore!
We always enjoy our visits with you. Everything is nicely organized and clean, and we never buy anything anywhere else. One thing that we have been missing is your frozen yogurt. I love to buy several half gallon type sizes of different flavors so that we can mix up our evenings and enjoy different flavors together.
Thanks for your time, and I hope to be in your Willis location soon.
