Stopped in for lunch. First the meat portion for a ham and cheese was two slivers - not slices of thin cut meat and two tiny triangles of cheese - collectively did not cover the bread. Lettuce was BROWN and shriveled. There was food on the floor and tables not cleaned. It was not busy. Topper was they refused to give a cup for a cup of water, instead had to pay $2.59 for a bottled water.
We walked into the restaurant at 8:45pm to be told that they close in 15 minutes, and he has too much to do so he couldn’t make any sandwiches. When asked if he was being serious, he stated his manager told him NOT to serve customers. Absolutely ridiculous!!

@ approximately 3:31PM on December 4 th 2024 we came to get a sub way sandwich from sub way rang The bell twice and was completely ignored BY WHO EVER THE WORKER WAS AT THE TIME !! NOT GOING TO BE RETURNING TO THIS SUB WAY AGAIN .

Just all around terrible. I’m not one to leave a review but the manager spoke no English and the “guy” that I spoke to was rude I simply asked for a refund because I placed the order in the wrong place yes that’s on me but I called them 15 times on the phone and no one answered. So I had to drive 15 minutes away and go up to the store and when I got there I asked for the food to be remake that was sitting for a while and they said no and no to the refund and the “guy” said you can take the food or I’m gonna throw it away

Walked in didn't get greeted properly! Arthur asked me "Do I know what I want?" They was RUDE! As she was making my sandwich she put 1/2 of a 1/2 of scoop of meat didn't go on 1/2 of my bread. So I asked for more meat,she states that will be extra charge,I immediately look at her and say you didn't give me enough meat from the beginning to be charging me extra on anything! Long story short I've tried this place once more than I intended and it's a bad experience Everytime! Store manager needs to have a talk with her employees because they rude and don't give you enough for your money,I understand it's SUBWAY!

Horrible customer service! Placed 2 separate orders. Only 1 printed out on their printer. The girl at the counter refused to make my order. I showed her in my app that it shows, Thank you for your order and order placed using card ending with —— with the address. She kept saying it didn’t go thru and then I showed her my bank account that I had 2 seperate charges from Subway. She still refused the order. So now I paid for an order and don’t get the food. She told me I could come back in 2 days to get a refund. Problem is I live over 30 miles away. She refused to call a manager and basically said I was SOL.

The food is always good. The service is good. The restaurant is clean. The restrooms are clean. The only issue I have is that 2 out of 3 times I've ordered on the app my order is incorrect. I suggest maybe checking order for accuracy before leaving the restaurant.

My experience today, when ordering my sandwich, young Arthur prepared it quickly, cleanly when preparing and it was very exquisite and with a great presentation when opening. ?

I told the lady I wanted a chicken bacon ranch she asked me which chicken I wanted showed me 2 options. I chose the 1st one. Arthur rings me up for a grilled chicken sub $2 extra for the bacon used! I told him the situation and he told me it’s my responsibility to read the menu. Super not happy with the service I will never come back to this store.Called and when a manager would be he said I am the assistant manager. And that’s fine.
