The food is fresh and made very well, when I get hungry during my night trip I stop here and get a sub. I tried the Wendy’s next to it once when their toasters were down and their food was stale and nasty so if Subway is toaster is down I would just find something else or get something from the truck stop.

Rough morning turned around!
Started my day running out to grab donuts for my wife. No luck anywhere, and half of Willis had the lights out. Then I stopped by the Subway near the Willis supermarket to get her something else, but the customer service wasn’t great, so I decided to leave.
I ended up at the Subway next to Love’s Truck Stop, and wow, what a difference! Lisa completely turned my day around. She was friendly, upbeat, and made great conversation. I walked in frustrated but left smiling and with my wife’s sandwich done right.
Lisa, you deserve some recognition. Thank you for being kind and spreading a little positivity when it was needed most. 🙌

Noel provided excellent service, welcoming me with a smile and a great attitude. Everything was clean and well-organized. The sandwich was made perfectly, just the way I wanted it. The young lady assisting him was also very kind, though I forgot her name. They both offered amazing service. I walked in happy and left even happier, with exactly what I wanted. Someone picked up the sandwich I ordered on the app. Instead of making me a new sandwich, I was laughed at, told to leave, and then verbally attacked by 2 employees while trying to get a refund. It was a scary experience as they were both screaming at me and seemed ready for an altercation from the beginning. This as by far the worst experience I’ve ever had, with any customer service anywhere.

This was our first time here even though we live right down the road and we were so pleased with not just the food but the service was excellent. The young man named Tyler was super friendly and you could tell that he took pride in his job. We'll definitely be back.

I miss Tyler… These workers at Subway have the audacity to close up right when the bar crowd comes through, and then act rude as hell about it. On top of that, they’re insinuating they’ll call the cops? Seriously? Can we get a “no-Karen” policy at this location? This is ridiculous.

Don't even know where to start.. drove 8 hours , this is usually love stop and we get subway so we know before we travel where we will stop. Brea was right there , girl dump bread and said we don't have bread. I said I see it on tray. She took through door then you could see her dump it.. like they just didnt wont wait on customers. then I said what about flat bread. She said yes.. which was stale. Anyway us 3 still got sandwiches.. no oil , no white cheese, no but meat so she said to my son. For blt. No cookies.. OUT OF EVERYTHING.. And everytime I ask for something she was sarcabut. In answering.. and as if I was problem being there ordering.. not only to me and my son.. but I also witness next 2 gentlemen in line.. I travel all time, this is a 7 to 9 day month trip I make.. usually around $50 .. this is what you will miss from now on is my $$.. but truth of matter.. how many more customers did she run off?.is what I'm saying if you have stop at loves .. I don't care for Wendys.. but I recommend there instead of subways!!! .. now loves truck stop it self.. there always so nice at register or helping on floor.. it's just subway.. move on don't go there.. so disappointing. $$ adds up.. but it's your business but I'd sure get rid of her

How can you not have mozzarella cheese at a Subway!? When I was growing up we called that poor management when you don't the abilities to maintain supplies for customers!

Ate last subway ca. Not see the meat you are getting plus fly on veg meat needs to be on ice my son and me been sick after eating subway. I do not know if elec out during flood .and wanted me to pay before got sandwich ready.
Its advertised as open 24 hrs but the person working tonight said it would be 30 minutes to an hour before he would help me cause he had to cover the truck stop counter for a friend!!!! WHAT THE HELL, YOU ARE EITHER OPEN 24-7 OR YOU'RE NOT!!!! The employee was NOT friendly at all!!! I waited 40 minutes, then said TO HELL WITH SUBWAY!!!!
