Very bad because I was there first and they were attending to me and another person came in and they left my order just sitting there just to go attend the other person that walked in, they didn't even worry to ask me if I needed anything else they just ignored me and they didn't even complete my order at all and in the end I just left just because I was Hispanic and the other person was an American, Ugly service.

We order pick up from here once a week. We have always had a wonderful experience with great service. Today was different, when we arrived to pick up our order, it was missing the chips and directions were not followed on the sandwiches. We unfortunately arrived home before noticing the chips were missing. We drove back to the store(sandwiches now cold) and when trying to get the attention of the lady working, she ignored us. Then when I just walked up and started speaking she gave a dead stare and said then grab them, no look at the receipt or even my face. She was so rude We will not return.

I have had issues with this location before but today I am stuck at home with no car so I ordered delivery due to location. My sandwich has onions and green peppers all over which was not on order. Best part is their phone number is disconnected. So you can’t even complain. I am truly done this time.

I came in late probably ten minutes before close and was greeted with a happy smile and a, how was your day. Not only was the sandwich artist amazing at her job. But when I walked in, she was consoling a neighboring employee from another restaurant while cleaning her own store. Best atmosphere. I've been to at a fast food joint in a long time. Keep it up and I will be back

Arrived at 1236pm to pick up an online order that said it was ready at 1215pm, to find it hadn't been started. The employee had her kids in the store, she was very unprofessional, yelling at the kids, griping about how busy she is and there was literally 1 person in the store ahead of me and 1 came in after me. I won't be back to this store. I tipped very nicely, but would've had changed that, if I bought in the store. The tip was not deserved.

When I returned home and fed the moving crew, none of the toasted sandwiches were toasted and the chicken sandwich had 1 piece of chicken on it.

This was a very unacceptable transaction and I'm usually very understanding of certain situations.

Just ordered a sub on the app from here. Didn't want it toasted. But apparently they didn't feel like heating up the meat. Got it home and the steak is ice cold. Not impressed.

Update: and the bad service continues at this joint. The only healthy at this god/forgotten place is the factory seal chips. Disgusting how the employees here have this place$11.44. For a 6" inches sub...Cook in your house. Its not worth it. ????UPDATE: dont come here...employees are REALLY LAZY!!

Had a doordash order to pick up on 3/30/24. The young man working said someone already tried to pick up the order. So I called doordash they ask to speak to him they ask him to make the order and he told them he did not have time. He had to get ready to close. This was at 930pm. He was very rude.

Never had a problem with them untill today. I specifically asked for a whole wheat six inch and the lady gave me Italian herb. Also the sandwich smelled and tasted disgusting. I don’t know what they did but my dinner is ruined. I think they gave me old meat.

Talking about ruining a vibe...After my husband paid for our meal I asked him how much was our combos that way I know. I'm guessing the manager instead of attending to her customer she decides to but in about how expensive my sandwich was alone. First off I didn't ask her anything she was ear hustling escalating something that wasn't there. My advice is to mind your business the cost was never an issue I'm entitled to know what something cost when I'm spending money in any establishment. Watch some videos and get yourself some more training on customer service you have none. I should have feel uncomfortable going anywhere and asking. How much something cost without getting the backlash of "how expensive my meal was" in her opinion because it wasn't expensive at all !!!

I came into this subway after work to get some food, and no one was inside. I yelled "hello?" and a young man came out on a phone call, with gloves still on. He asked me if I had an online order and I replied with no. I asked to get a 6 inch and he put his finger up and told me to hang on! When he finished his phone call, he continued to make an online order for someone, without changing gloves. If I could rate this service 0 out of 5 stars I would.Heads up, the subway at the Loves Truck gas station is cleaner, better service, and open 24/7⚠️ THEY DO NOT CHANGE GLOVES AFTER TOUCHING PHONES AND MORE ⚠️
