The guy in the drive thru doesn’t even listen just repeats “what else” the second you open your mouth, doesn’t even let you talk. The orders are wrong 100% of the time and last time my cantina tacos came with the shredded cheese for the shell in the wrapper, not cooked. The food is as good as the guy in the drive thru.

The employees were friendly and positive. We went through the drive-thru and ordered the party box of soft tacos with mild and hot sauce packets and Nacho fries. When we got home, we opened the box to enjoy dinner after a long day, AND we had no sauce. Oh, the disappointment. The food was hot and I didn't have to cook, though.
Drive thru guy tried to say any order not placed online would take too long to make. I held my ground and he let me order.

** update ** It took 45 minutes for them to make 3 tacos when I was the only person in the dining room. Burn the place down and start over Taco Bell.
How long can it possibly take to make tacos? It’s literally all they do. There’s like 2 customers total and it’s taken at least 20 minutes to make my 3 tacos (I’m still waiting). It’s almost comical at this point.

The time is 1:20 PM, November 6 2024. I just left the Taco Bell after enjoying my lunch. The service was great the food fresh and all of the employees there were friendly and pleasant. I don’t know the young man’s name who was working as the cashier, tall kid with locs, but he definitely showed a high level of hospitality. If I am in the area, I will definitely be stopping by that location and we’ll go out of my way if I’m guaranteed the same service. Wonderful job.
Very disappointed in my food. I ordered the Disha box. The tacos had basically no cheese no tomatoes a dab of meat a little bit of lettuce. Absolutely the worst I've had from there.

I don't know why this Taco Bell can't get their orders correct. (plus their food just isn't that good) Prefer not to go to this one, but didn't want to have to drive to another location. I ordered a burrito supreme and a taco supreme came with it. My taco supreme didn't have any sour cream on it as it was suppose to and didn't get to the lettuce and tomatoes until my last two bites. The taco supreme didn't have any sour cream on it at all. You spend money on an order that's not correct. Very frustrated when I sat down to eat my meal. If they keep doing this they won't stay open.

Another crappy place in Willis! Can't get your order right, U don't get your food you ordered! Orders took way too long to come out! Customer service sucked! Not enough condiments were out. The employees were scarce, kept disappearing from register where u place order. At least it was clean!
