We ordered some hard shell tacos. The hard shell tacos had maybe a teaspoon of meat in the tacos with lettuce and cheese. The cost was not worth it. We should have paid for lettuce and cheese tacos. The tacos were cold. We will Never go back there again. There was just a bunch of kids in there working and eating near the preparation area. Very disappointed in the service. We had to wait to even be acknowledged and we were the only ones in the restaurant at the time. Never again!!!! The place is going down the drain. Don’t waste your money or time.

This place needs help with customer service because it sucks really bad they only work on the drive-thru, not the lobby for the customer for delivery either what happend to knowledge of the customer, They do not care at all any one that comes in the lobby

Every time I go here I have to wait long periods of time for my food. It seems like they need more people working because there's not enough staff when I go. I see The drive-thru person working drive-thru and the front counter. That seems so unfair.

This location ALWAYSSS messes my order up whether the app sends it through correctly or not and it usually doesn’t and charges you three times to order one order of food. I call to tell the rude little girl on the other end of the phone they messed up my food. She says on her end it was made correctly. At the window when I face my mobile order I specifically told the girl ONLY BEANS AND NACHO CHEESE SAUCE ON MY GORDITA CRUNCH. SHe tells me well only thing I can tell you is next time make sure you order it correct and hung up on me!! I already contacted corporate. This store is HORRIBLE!!

With only two cars in the drive-thru they still managed to give me the wrong order! Paid 16+ dollars and wound up with 4$ worth of food. Didn't realize until I got home and of course no one answers the phone number to the restaurant. Not the first time, loosing patience here. Do better Taco Bell!!

I'm a door dasher and this is the worst place I have to pick up delivery for. It's always a 15 minute wait minimum SMH! It's nothing but young people working and the service is terrible! I hate to give them even 1 star. Worst place for door dashing!
