I genuinely don't understand what's going on with Taco Bell these days. And not just this location, but the ENTIRE corporation. Prices are constantly going up while they give you less and less food as the months go on. By next year we'll be paying $10 for a soft taco! I could understand and justify the prices if the quality had improved, but the quality of their food is even going down. It used to be cheap and reasonable, but now the food costs more and the quality is below that of an elementary school cafeteria.

This place needs new management, everytime we come here something is missing in the bag. If you go into order no one greets and you will stand on the lobby forever waiting for your order to be placed.

Crazy froger

Very disappointing visit , pictures attached.
Sad amount of sauce. I didn’t ask for light sauce and it cost extra to get what usually comes on it.
This is a continuation of what to expect from you guys at this point.

I understand this is Taco bell, but in the evening they always are bad. Togo order on app, 5 boxes. They didn't put any of the correct food in each box as labeled, just threw it in all of them. Food was missing, took a box in to show the ticket of food missing, food in the box was from another box, they took the box threw away food, and just put in labeled food, and then told me they gave me back the box. Waited over 15-20 to get food corrected after waiting on drive thru for about 15-20 mins. Fast food my butt, more like slow food, wrong food, rude service.

After sitting in line at the drive-through once, I finally get to the speaker after taking multiple orders in front of me, they said that they could not take any anymore because the Wi-Fi was out. Not sure why this would prevent you from being able to take orders.

I would have loved to give this Taco Bell 5 stars as its the closest in my area but about 50% they miss a meal in my order and I have to turn around or come back at a later time to get what was missed 11:30 Pm 10/16/25
2 stars seems generous and fair until it “seems” consistently better
