Wave on Lake Conroe

Took the wife here for what was supposed to be a nice Mother’s Day meal on the water at a new restaurant. Found the deck, tables, and chairs to be falling apart. Should have taken that as a sign and left at that point. Some of the food was decent, some absolutely terrible. All of it incredibly over priced. Will not be back. Server was kind but visited every once in a blue moon to check on us with a sparsely packed restaurant. I’m not one to write a bad review but some money needs to be invested back into the restaurant and it could be good

Had a wonderful lunch on the patio. Wonderful weather, lakeside view and bountiful helpings of good food! Nothing to complain about.

Good burgers. Attentive service. The best views in Montgomery County (bar is low). House margarita was serviceable. Not crowded at 2pm on a holiday weekend.

Parking: Handicap parking is not close

Super friendly staff and a beautiful view of the lake. What more could you ask for?! Even got a special virgin cocktail. I appreciate any establishment that supports those in need of an NA drink! 🙏

I gave it over all 4 stars cos it wasn't closer to downtown Houston 😁. This place is quaint, easy to get to and has the most amazing view of the water and a swimming pool also! The staff was incredibly nice and very helpful

We had a really nice time there. The view is extremely beautiful. The service was very attentive. We only had drinks and a snack. We'd love to come back

Great service and food the whole experience was awesome

We came here on an adventurous Monday whim at lunch. I can tell this place is hopping on the weekends. The burger and club sandwich were amazing. Our waiter/bartender Benjamin was phenomenal. He really made the experience for us. And he was like a walking billboard for the activities that happen around the marina and restaurant. What a pleasant young man. We will be back!

I spent Friday on lake Conroe and went to the wave. The waitress so kind and generous. We loved our visit and the food was great.

Been following this establishment for a while and was excited to come to the area and try it out. Finally had the chance and left disappointed, along with other tables near by. Spent 80 bucks for 2 meals and a kids meal that’s was just Luke warm food with no flavor Service was decent, and atmosphere had a lot of potential. Unfortunately, nothing was kept up and maintained. Would have had a better experience with McDonald’s sitting on the pier. Hope to see this place grow into the full potential they have.

The captain was very friendly and gave us an extended 1 hour for our cruise

This place has really gone downhill and it makes me sad. They have great cocktails and our server, Ben, was awesome, but the food wasn’t anything special and the place is very blan. The pool looked scary so we didn’t jump in. It was green and foggy and one of the pool lights was still connected to the electricity by a wire in the pool and was sitting out on the side. Just a disaster and law suit waiting to happen.

We will probably never return but wish everyone there the best of luck!
