So I was very disappointed with everything at Wingstop tonight I most generally go to the Huntsville location Tonight I went to the Willis location when I ordered my food online and said wait time was 15 minutes. About 3 minutes after I placed my order I had went inside and told the gentleman at the cash register to please make sure and let them know that everything on the order supposed to be well done I then sat inside for 25 to 30 minutes which I was okay with I was like well not a big deal after getting my food I then checked my food I had two regular fries which were supposed to both be larges I was missing one of my wings, And nothing was well done fries or wings I also did not get the extra seasoning on my fries when I asked about the size of my fries the guy at the front the cashier got an attitude with me and told me it has nothing to do with him He's only been working there for 3 weeks so the shift lead told me that I was only supposed to have eight boneless wings and he tried to show me that on my receipt and then when he tried to show me that he seen that it was nine after realizing he was wrong at some point he had went and got my other wing and then just sat it on the counter not even telling me that it was done or here you go sir no sorries no apologies at all the fries were never corrected I'm still missing the large blue cheese I was supposed to get and I just really can't believe after spending a little over $50 that the service was so poor when I was leaving I told the gentleman I'll be contacting your GM tomorrow he shrugged his shoulder smile and said have a good night so hopefully the GM will remedy this

I’ve got a 30 minute drive ahead but my fries already have chz on them. Every other place usually places the chz on the side to prevent it from making a mess and getting soggy. 1star is definitely fair for some fries that can’t be re heated.

I don’t know what changed but the men that work here cooked our order fast and even made more fresh fries, it used to take forever to get the orders and today was splendid.
They won't let you order the 30 piece crew pack over the phone..but you can order 3 -10 pieces over the phone ..to many rules..I'll pass

My experience today was not good. Fries were cold and the wings were not edible. The layer that supposed to be cooked was gummy therefor its trash, twenty bucks wasted

This place is ok. We were going to eat there once but the door alarm was loud and annoying. We mostly get take out and also tip healthy. Yet, the service is iffy depending on who is working and who you are.
They tend to forget items from the order and are skimpy on the flavor they are suppose to add to the chicken. Sometimes the chicken has extra connective tissue which is less than appetizing and they either skimp on the veggies or forget that part of the order.
