This place is ok. We were going to eat there once but the door alarm was loud and annoying. We mostly get take out and also tip healthy. Yet, the service is iffy depending on who is working and who you are.
They tend to forget items from the order and are skimpy on the flavor they are suppose to add to the chicken. Sometimes the chicken has extra connective tissue which is less than appetizing and they either skimp on the veggies or forget that part of the order.

Show up at 10 pm, they have 2 hours till close. Every table has chairs up. I asked if they could put chairs down for me, and he did but only one. Then I didn’t even get my drink filled and some lady already put the chair up. I can’t pick chairs up right now because of an injured back. I feel like they don’t want people eating in. There is 2 hours left why is the dining being shut down like this? And if I ask if the chairs can be put down please don’t only take one down, literally don’t want to be eating with the bottoms of the chair (dirtiest) part in my face.

Placed my order, same as always and told me $111.00 for a $50 order. They told me it would $28 for half flats and half drums. Again, same as I always order and never been up charged, as the manager said because they have to hand pick the wings. Ok add an extra $28 to the $50? That does not total $111.00! Got my order out to the car and checked it. And half my order is missing. Had to go back in and wait again for them to finish it.

Just ordered delivery. The drink machine was down or maybe just my flavor... either way... not what I picked and paid for!!! The fries were cold and old tasting but the chicken was okay. I guess i should believe reviews cuz this is subpar.
My orders are always late even after giving the store more than 10 minutes like today my order was to be ready at 8.36pm I went to the store at 8.47pm the order wasn’t ready, I waited for the order until 8.57pm. No one in the store apologized for this

My wings was soggy/half cook. Nasty with no taste or flavor. One of the worker presented himself as a supervisor. Until I returned to the store. Then he state the supervisor isn't in. At time which I request for a refund. I was told he would have to forward it to his manager. So I had to leave with no refund.

They don't know how to follow instructions. I've told them extra seasoning on the fries several times which I pay for but they just don't seem to understand what that means. My fries had no seasoning. Very disappointing.
