The place was very clean and the employees were very nice, but Chicken Express just isn't what it used to be. I dined in a few days ago and was really disappointed. The chicken was really dry and the small serving of french fries were those weird crinkle-cut style fries that nobody really likes. It also came with a dinner roll which was alright but nowhere near as good as the buttermilk biscuits they used to have. I guess what I am saying is I miss the old Chicken Express that filled the box with golden straight-cut fries, came with a biscuit, and would usually throw in an extra tender or two. Those days kept me fed when I was in school and had little money. I guess everything changes eventually, even the good things.

Tonight we had the worst experience through the drive through!!! We waited for approximately 20 minutes at the window, I believe they gave our food away to the car behind us. I have never been treated as rudely and with such ugliness as the girl working the window. She did not say one word to us but gave us all the eye rolls and ugly looks she could!!! And the rest of the time she was standing with her back to us not doing anything else. No apology was made, absolute horrible customer service!! I won’t be back!

I’m a door dash driver, so this isn’t about the food. It’s about the customer service. I walked in and noticed one of the girls point at me, whisper to one of the male cooks and giggle. I tried to convince myself it wasn’t about my appearance and I’m overthinking. After that she goes behind the wall where I cannot see, and I hear more whispers and giggles. I’m filling up the customers drink, when a girl comes around the corner, stops, looks at me, laughs and runs back to the kitchen. It might not be a duly occurrence that an alternative/goth person walks in, but that’s not an excuse to gawk and treat them like a circus animal. I definitely wouldn’t ever eat here, and I think those young girls should be taught some customer service.
Gravy was watery with no flavor. Spicy Chicken was cold and with little flavor. They also had a problem with where I parked saying its employee parking even though there were multiple spots open in that same area and no one was trying to park there.

First I went thru drive thru at 7pm. My debit card was taken to the truck behind me and the young lady leaned into the truck windows and obviously knew them. I used my rear camera to get a picture of her and the truck. After she went to get my food it was cold, dry obviously cooked sometime ago. Never be stopping there again. Yes already calling bank and setting up protection.
