“Menudo has a wonderful flavor- The problem is when you order a large cup of Menudo to Go, they give you a half full cup of menudo that makes a half a bowl of Menudo. Lots of Menudo Juice only....They put the cup in a bag and seal it. They should adjust their serving sizes as they charge for a large and give you a small portion....Not good for their customers.”

She made sure our drinks were full and our food was right. She even found me a lighter for a birthday candle. Danielle definitely made the night great!”

It's not gourmet Mexican food, but the quality, freshness, and portion sizes are so much better than Taco Bell. Great value for the price, and I'll definitely be back.”

“First time to Railhead today with my husband and some friends.
First off, the young lady who was our waitress was the sweetest and most attentive waitress I’ve had in a long time. Wonderful service and so helpful with our questions about menu items. Very attentive came to the table several times to make sure we had what we needed. She was great!
I had the Sunday special (they have daily specials which are reasonably priced) which was a chopped brisket sandwich with two sides. As my sides I chose potato salad and pinto beans. Husband had the special as well, but got two premium sides, fried okra and Mac and cheese. He really enjoyed his. Food came quickly, was fresh, hot, and very tasty. The chopped brisket sandwich didn’t have any barbecue sauce so I did request a side of that and that was good enough for me. Both sides were great. We also had to try their chocolate cake and also a scoop of their cinnamon ice cream. Both were also delicious. Highly recommend saving room for dessert!

Overall everything was great for us. Service was excellent, atmosphere was good, food was great! We will be adding this to our rotation of places to go for food!”

“Excellent food: fresh and delicious! Yum! The cashier seemed somewhat frazzled or one might say, ditzy. The cook was polite and thanked me for coming after the food was prepared. The atmosphere was clean overall but the coke machine area and the bathroom needed further attention and cleaning needed. The restaurant itself was clean inside and the tables were washed.”

“I ordered Brisket, potato salad , coleslaw, beans and peach and blackberry cobblers for our Labor Day weekend barn dance. We had around 40 ish people and they absolutely loved everything ! The brisket was so tender you could cut it with a plastic fork. The sides were excellent and the cobblers so awesome we ran out early. Thank you so much . You made our day special.”

“We tried the Martha Stewart collab, but got two of the strawberry cheesecakes since the chocolate cookie tart was sold out. The Lemon tart was pretty good and was kind of like a Key Lime pie. The strawberry cheesecake was ok. Nothing exciting about that. Maybe a strawberry drizzle on top or a strawberry compote would’ve livened it up a bit. The classic fudge brownie was very fudgy and rich, if you’re into that. The pumpkin sheet cake was yummy and wasn’t too sweet, but I’d say my favorite was the coconut layer cake. It was moist, had great flavor and the coconut flakes were a nice touch. Overall, it was a pretty good box of treats. Wish they had a mini version of the Chocolate Chip thins.”
