Good luck if you try the drive through. To begin, the woman taking the orders is rude, blunt, short with responses, basically no courtesy whatsoever. The exchange “welcome to WB, will you be using our mobile app?” Response = no…followed by “OK….(silence).” No, may I take your order, how can I help you….nothing. This whataburger has been the best Whataburger I've ever been to thanks to drive-thru employee Ashley! She had the best customer service and bubbly personality when taking our order! This location definitely deserves 5 stars because of her!
