Great food, wonderful service. Tables were dirty..but they were busy and short staffed!
First time trying Taco Casa, and I went in expecting Taco Bell-level food (which, in my opinion, isn't anything special). I was pleasantly surprised! It's not gourmet Mexican food, but the quality, freshness, and portion sizes are so much better than Taco Bell. Great value for the price, and I'll definitely be back.

Taco Casa offers generous helpings of food, with warm and fresh dishes. Although it may be more expensive than typical fast food Mexican options, the value is redeemed by the abundance of food provided. The restaurant is extremely clean, with a focus on freshness. This location, particularly the one off of I-20 in Willow Park, is known for its great food, though it is SUPER busy. Customers may experience a wait in line at the drive-through, but many find the food is well worth the wait.
The employees are consistently nice, and one customer noted how a staff member humorously engaged with a child during their visit. However, there have been some issues, such as changes to the tea that some customers find unappealing. Additionally, there are complaints about the charge for card use and the unusual method of requesting hot sauce packages. Despite these minor flaws, Taco Casa continues to serve delicious food that keeps customers coming back.
