I entered to order my pizza and noticed the clerk had something red on his finger. At first, I thought it was blood, but closer look it marinara sauce. After finishing, he went directly to the prep station to make the pizza without washing his hands or wearing gloves. Given the presence of others around, this appears to be a common practice at this location. They were very nice but I will never eat there again.

Very unsatisfied with this Domino’s. Called them for delivery to my job. The manager on duty said that my card didn’t go through. While one the phone, I got the notification that the money had been withdrawn out of my account. My coworker told him that he had cash. I called and tried to let him know that my card had in fact been charged. He told me to take it up with my bank. Continuously. I called back the next day wanting to see a print out of their payments made that day and was told that upper management agreed with the store manager that I needed to take it up with my bank. So a $60 pizza? Terrible customer service. So disappointed.

I placed a delivery order and realized when I got it. It wasn’t something I could eat. I’m sick with the flu and it probably was on my end when I was clicking on the order. I have alpha gal syndrome (I’m allergic to mammal meat) I opened the box and there was pepperoni. I called up the store and they were nice enough to remake it for me at no charge. Thank yall.

Tristan and Hudson Oaks then wash the dominoes over there he’s amazing takes care of your problems had to order Miss. Hope I called Dedd whatever the number is on the app and it sent me to that with a park and I’m in Weatherford and there was a mixup on the order, but he took care of it off for me one free one we just ordered it and there’s still a big mixup but he handle it so you’re a great man. Thank you for your service.

I haven’t had Domino’s in over 10 years. I’m gluten-free and usually choose other options. I took a chance tonight for delivery. My husband ordered his own pizza. When the delivery driver arrived, our doorbell wasn’t working and we weren’t aware. I’m sure he knocked and we didn’t hear it. He left our pizzas on the porch. We were paying cash so we never paid him. I called Domino’s to pay for the pizza and thank them for still leaving it. The manager said his driver left it because this area has such good customers the driver was positive someone would call and take care of it and we deserved our hot pizza. The manager offered to send his driver back for payment. The gluten-free was amazing, the Customer Service was great and the driver deserves an extra tip for putting customers needs first.
