I got my pizza quickly so the service was good but it was HORRIBLE. I don't know if Papa John's changed their crust recipe but it's worse than 3 week old bowling alley pizza. The crust is so thin and tasteless now, like actual cardboard, no exaggeration. I don't think it's this location specifically but after reading online it's like this all over. Even the garlic butter couldn't salvage my pizza and hold back my gag reflex. Wouldn't even fee this to my hamster.

Cmon! How was pizza from this Papa John's worse than a $5 hot and ready???? Please please please get better.
First time ordering here and it was horrible. Asked for garlic Parmesan crust on the pizza, it came plain. Asked for it to be baked well done and it was still doughy. Asked for extra banana peppers and there were like 5 on the whole pizza. We ordered wings and they were dry as a bone with barely any sauce. What a waste of $50. Needless to say we will not be ordering from here again.

I thought it might be because I'm from a different state but after reading the reviews, I think they may have issues here.
I got my usual BBQ wings and pizza. But, why were the wings salty? They weren't bad but it tasted as like what happens when you let them brine for too long. I doubt PJs brines them but it's just to get you to understand the flavor. Also, I didn't order thin crust. I always order that fluffy, pillow like crust that tastes good when you dip it in the garlic butter. What gives? Not PJs best, sorry.

While waiting for my pizza, I noticed a young man flipping the dough, and he had very hairy arms. The dough nearly reached his elbows, so there's a chance his hair could fall into it—YUCK! I've seen other restaurants where staff wear gloves that cover most of their arms. He also seemed to have a scar near his wrist. Interestingly, they don't wear gloves, even with nails—just like I saw another woman there without gloves. The staff was nice but yall need to train the staff on cleanliness and care for other people food. The health department should revisit this place, especially since they just opened, which is concerning.
