This is the absolute worst Starbucks location I’ve ever been to. I’ve given it five different tries since it opened and every single time is a horrible experience. The staff are some of the rudest people I’ve ever encountered in a drive thru. Every. Time.
Don’t bother coming to this one. Go to Hudson Oaks or Weatherford they’re super nice there and always a good experience.
They are NEVER open! I have been by there several time and they are not open!! So much for going to Starbucks in Willow Park!
So much for “Be kind to one another”.
This afternoon while at Starbucks in Willow Park an employee (I believe to be the manager) was carrying 6 gallons of milk heading toward the door. I ran from my seat to open the door for her since it was cold and misting. I open the door and as she walks in she says “Ma’am if you’re standing up you must have a mask on”. Instead of a thank you that’s what I get?
