Recently my mom and I stopped by the Starbucks in Hudson Oaks and had the best customer service from the drive through barista.

This is quite possibly the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. They made my drink incorrectly, and when I went in to get it corrected it took over 20 minutes for them to fix it and it still was not right. It was terrible service.

not that hard to mess up coffee… but they sure figured it out.

Oh the tales I could tell about this location… such a huge disappointment. I love Starbucks, but this location is trash.

We ordered 4 coffees and not only were we served small sizes in larger ups, but the drinks were the wrong drinks! Then when we mentioned it, they let us know they were training…. Saturday morning… their busiest time. Now that is a level of genius not seen since drilling holes in the bottom of a boat.

Even after the corrections, the orders were wrong. Your customer should not have to suffer because your baristas are training.

Bottom line: avoid this location like you would avoid time spent with a politician.

I would rather have my toes broken one at a time than order coffee from this location again.

Consistent coffee and snacks, but usually crowded by folks NOT consuming products. Looks more like a workplace than a relaxing coffee place. Overpriced coffee drinks

I came through this afternoon around 1:00 and was having a absolutely horrible day prior. I had tried to come this morning but with the first day of school starting this store was super busy. I ended up having to leave without my drink. After working a few stressful hours I came back and explained to them what happened and the girl working the front was absolutely incredible! She was kind and so patient with me while my stressed and scrambled brain tried to tell her what my drink was. I wish I had gotten her name! The drink was amazing per usual at this location.

So surprised by the dead atmosphere this morning!
I previously (year or so ago) expressed that this was one of my favorite coffee stops in the morning. This morning as I walked in to get my mobile order and both of the front baristas (1 male the other female) made eye contact with me as I was walking up to the door. I approached the counter to grab a straw the male barista looked at me, I said "good morning", I said it again a little louder, still no response, said "thank you" as I always do.. no response.. I even turned around with confusion bc I know they had to have heard me. I made eye contact with the only other customer in there and even he looked surprised by the silence.
It saddens me to write this, bc this location was one of the very few left that always welcomed you, had a smile on their face and always attentive.
**I'd like to add that this has happened over the last month or so and wasn't only an event that occurred today
I hope they can do better and make this the happy experience it used to be. Mornings are hard enough and a $7 beverage with a dead atmosphere SUCKS.
