I have been going to this location for years and ever since they got a new manager AND district manager, things have gone down hill. The workers who were once excited, friendly, going above and beyond are now seemingly depressed, tired, and trying to hold it together. They are, and have been, firing talented, hardworking people who have been there for years. Also, it takes 20 minutes to get a drink, and nobody knows what they are doing up there anymore.

Always great customer service, however lately I have been receiving coffee only filled up half way. Ordered 2 cups of coffee this morning and both cups only had half a cup of coffee each. The quality and quantity of my orders have been going down since I started coming to this location.

Great outdoor seating. Very busy on a Sunday @ 9:30 am. Mobile ordering was turned off. Good ordering experience in person even though it was very busy.

If I could give the service a -100 I would, their store manager Anna is the most unprofessional, immature and uneducated person I have ever come across! Truly a disappointment and sad actually to have such a poor individual be a ā€œstore managerā€. She makes things personal when a paying costumer complains about her store and how she ā€œrunsā€ it. The drinks are never consistent, the wait is always the longest wait and her lack of taste in which she speaks to costumers is highly concerning to say the least. She needs a lot of help.

Shoutout to PoešŸ‘ Seriously the MVP at this Starbucks!! My drinks are always on point and made right the first time. Always worth the extra drive from the Hudson Oaks location to come here; Drinks are consistent, the store is clean, and I can always count on leaving happy!

This is the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. I sat in the drive thru line for 25 minutes before even getting to order and I saw 5 cars leave including myself because it was so slow. Went down the road to the Hudson oaks Starbucks and got my order within 5 minutes….
