I’ve ordered from this Subway many times and have never had an issue, which is why today was so disappointing. I placed an online order and the meat on my sandwich was clearly spoiled/old, and not edible. This isn’t what I’ve come to expect based on past experiences. I hope this was an isolated incident and that food quality is checked more carefully going forward.

I love this place as me and my wife were searching for a good place to have lunch. And everything about this place is amazing. Theirs this lady worker named Katie, she was so welcoming and attended me and my very professionally. Help u get what we wanted and was very polite and such grate service. I’m actually from Oklahoma, and visited Texas a few times. All I know, is when we come back to Texas again, I will visit this place again. I appreciate ur hard work Katie and what you do for the business. You Rock 🤘🏼

I always have a great experience at the Subway in Willow Park, Texas! The service is consistently excellent—fast, friendly, and welcoming. The employees do a great job every time, and you can tell they care about making your order just right. They keep everything clean and organized, and their professionalism really stands out. It’s always a pleasant visit, and I appreciate the consistency and quality every time I go.

Katie is amazing! From my entering the store, to my food preparation to my being rung up and to my actually leaving, she had me happier than a fruit fly on a rotten apple. Fabulous sandwich too by the way - will definitely return! Nom nom nom

The lady with the rainbow glasses is racist and you can’t tell me otherwise. The way she treated the customer after me was absolutely uncalled for. This isn’t the first time in this location that I have witnessed this. It happened with my coworker right in front of me. She is the only reason I didn’t leave a review last time. Because she asked me to let it go. But after witnessing the disgusting attitude towards a man that was being nothing but nice is really disheartening to see. The man who made his sandwich was wonderful. But the lady today and the manager at my last visit I didn’t get her name have both showed that they do not prefer POC. To the man who was treated like trash. I’m sorry. I was in my work badge and really can’t say what I wanted to.

The 2 guys working tonight were super sweet and helpful

do not go back to this place, management is absolutely horrendous they treat employees like dirt, and and disrespectful to many customers. they’re very unsanitary including spitting in the food and touching the food without any gloves. that being said i would hope and pray none of you think about going.
