The lady with the rainbow glasses is racist and you can’t tell me otherwise. The way she treated the customer after me was absolutely uncalled for. This isn’t the first time in this location that I have witnessed this. It happened with my coworker right in front of me. She is the only reason I didn’t leave a review last time. Because she asked me to let it go. But after witnessing the disgusting attitude towards a man that was being nothing but nice is really disheartening to see. The man who made his sandwich was wonderful. But the lady today and the manager at my last visit I didn’t get her name have both showed that they do not prefer POC. To the man who was treated like trash. I’m sorry. I was in my work badge and really can’t say what I wanted to.

The 2 guys working tonight were super sweet and helpful

do not go back to this place, management is absolutely horrendous they treat employees like dirt, and and disrespectful to many customers. they’re very unsanitary including spitting in the food and touching the food without any gloves. that being said i would hope and pray none of you think about going.

The food was delicious not gourmet but I think just the atmosphere of the store made it taste good. There was a dark skin curly haired kid who played music that I would listen to in highschool, he was very polite, and had a whole conversation with the kid about music. A true gem in willow park compared to all the other places with high schoolers working.

While the other two employees made sandwiches, the employee at the register would go back and forth from taking the cash and hand slicing the meats on the slicer behind the register. He kept his gloves on the whole time. 🤢

Kinda sad when there are 3 people working, and only one person making sandwiches. Can’t order online because their system is always down. Will start driving out of the way from here on out to the one in Hudson oaks.

While the food was good, it was disconcerting that the person making the sandwiches was sniffling and wiping their nose on their sleeve while other staff who didn't seem sick just sat and watched... everyone was pleasant though.

The staff is very friendly and always makes the order with fresh ingredients. Some subways I've been to do not stock all veggies but this location does so I would recommend their sandwich!
