So many places dont know how to properly make cortados, and add too much milk. I ordered one here and got the real deal - probably the best I've ever had!

Red Bluff Guest Ranch (Red Bluff)
In Wimberley for the weekend and wanted a great cup of coffee and a melt-in-your-mouth pastry. This place had neither. Latte was unremarkable and not piping hot. Pastry case was half full at 10 am on Sunday morning. My $6 scone was inedible. Flat, tough, dry, flavorless. My daughter’s chocolate croissant was better. Had to hunt for napkins as dispenser at condiment station was empty. Staff were non communicative except to take orders. I don’t usually write such negative reviews, but this was an exceptionally disappointing experience.

Woman taking my order started giving me a hard time about misgendering my coffee order (not kidding) because I made sure she knew my order was for my wife and that I don’t like soy milk (small talk). Then she made my drink iced when it was hot. Asked her to remake and she filled the cup up a little over half way. What a freak show.
Edit: Look at owners response to review. Psycho. Enough said.

I ordered the Sunshine smoothie which was absolutely delicious!! I must say that it was a bit undersweetened. It was heavy on the 🍊 and since it had yogurt, it was on the tart side. A bit more honey would have gone a long way in cutting that. Great staff, cute little dive and full of outstanding stained glass artwork!! Will definitely return

Blanco Brew is my favorite business in Wimberley. The staff is excellent. The coffee and food are great. Reese is a great guy and the baristas (especially Ava) do a great job remembering orders and always greeting folks with a smile on their face. I highly recommend this place to anyone. They’ll make your day better!
