My partner and I stopped by Blanco Brew while exploring Wimberley, and we were so glad we did! The vibe here is exactly what you want in a local coffee shop—cozy, casual, and welcoming. We both got cold brews, and they were spot on: smooth, strong, and refreshing without any bitterness. You can tell they care about their coffee.
The space itself has a warm, inviting atmosphere with plenty of seating and natural light. It’s the kind of place where you could hang out for a while, catch up with a friend, or get some work done. Plus, the staff was super friendly and made us feel right at home.
Definitely a place we’ll be coming back to next time we’re in town!

Absolutely love this place - the atmosphere, the food, and of course the coffee. You can tell that the shop is run with love and care as evidenced by the way they treat their customers. Highly recommend and bought some beans for home as well. The Ethiopian medium roast is amazing!

Great coffee! Terrible food. I wouldn’t say it’s worth a stop for anything other than good coffee. 😣 Edit: We ordered the veggie frittata and blueberry muffin. Both were cold. The blueberry muffin tasted stale, and the frittata didn't have much taste at all.

Came here with my bf to start our day trip, and at 11am, the store was out of almost every pastry and deli item that is alleged to be offered on the menu. When I asked the barista if they could make something if we ordered it, she said no if it was not in the pastry case, they will not be making it. Decent coffee but don’t come here if you’re hungry!
