In my continuing search for fabulous Texas Hill Country BBQ, I sampled the brisket from Kelly’s in Wimberley SW of Austin.A food trailer in a laundromat parking lot across from the hub of Wimberley, the local HEB, may seem strange. Kelly's catered my wedding and it was absolutely 5 star! I appreciated their communication and help in deciding the right amount for my number of guests. I spoke to them almost a year ago when I first started planning and when it was time to actually order, their whole sale cost lowered and they were gracious and honest enough to drop my price as well.
