I’m from New York City so I don’t know if my opinion carries any weight, but I’ve eaten a lot of breakfast tacos passing through Texas and these were fantastic. I got migas and potato chorizo. The tortilla chips are very light and airy which makes the migas nice and fluffy. Potatoes nice and crispy. Some of the best flour tortillas I’ve had. Salsa excellent, prices low. Great food and value.
Staff are ok but vexed if you don't call in your order. Drive through is situated in a somewhat dangerous fashion. Limited parking. Food seems to vary according to the cook of the day. Have never had 'bad' food, seems average most of the time. Small dining room. Not particularly kid friendly. Takes awhile to get your order at peak times.

When a restaurant runs out of food items and you have to change your order 3 times things are not going right. They start creating chaos in the kitchen, improvising on ingredients and it's not always good. This was one of those days. They're always busy which is a good sign but it could be managed a bit better.
