Trying out everything that they have to offer from a pastry 🥐 to their amazing cold iced coffees and order their custom cakes with a nice fresh smoothie and have a brunch date with your co workers or friends and family has a great atmosphere located near your favorite shopping boutiques of the square in downtown Wimberley, Tx.
These guys make the absolute best cold brew. Their flavor is unparalleled!
We were vendors at The Market at Blanco Brew. We had a wonderful time meeting the community. Sally, the event manager was very informative and organized! We shopped the booths and purchased hypoallergenic sunscreen, herbal tea, fresh produce and got a free consultation scheduled to have our garage door serviced! Dang O Dang Garage Doors.

Blanco Brew is one of the best cafes in Wimberley, offering a nice environment and good service, although it can be slow at times. The cafe has a cozy, casual, and welcoming vibe, making it an ideal spot for hanging out, catching up with friends, or getting some work done. Customers have praised the creamy and flavorful coffee, with options like the lucky love and the house brew (dark roast) being favorites. While there are vegetarian options available, customers may need to request them and pay extra. Parking is available in front and around the cafe, or at the nearby grocery store. The cafe welcomes kids, as long as they don't make a mess. Cold brews are smooth, strong, and refreshing without any bitterness, showing that they care about their coffee. The space features outstanding stained glass art and has plenty of seating and natural light. The staff is friendly and provides excellent customer service, making customers feel right at home.
