This is one of the worst run establishments in the area. The service was extremely poor: slow, doesn't acknowledge customers waiting at the counter, generally understaffed, and speaks to you as if they don't care about you or the job they're doing.
The ice cream is not good either, not at this location. Their ice cream containers are disgusting, with fallen ice cream littering the bottom of the freezers.
The dining area was filthy: dirty floor, tables, and chairs. Even outside the restaurant was dirty around the parking lot.
I wouldn't come back here under any conditions, and I would not recommend it to anyone.

I’ve stopped by for three weeks for a hot fudge sundae. They say they are out of hot fudge. Today an employee was finally honest and said the day shift is basically to lazy to make it and they don’t know how to make it.

Some kids shouldn’t not be allowed to work in a professional work space. Kids looking at instagram while we waited after the kid turned and said use the kiosk it’s just 2 of us… I will never return.

Baskin Robbins just lost a customer! Can't belive they just raised their prices! 7.99 is ridiculous for a medium milkshake! Would love to see it be 5.99 again!

My husband and my daughter went to go buy me my cappuccino blast and some ice cream for my kiddos. He asked for my drink and Oreo cookie ice cream, vanilla shake and a world class ice cream which their no. Ice cream. And they told him they don’t have the world class ice cream, So okey. He went to the window gave him the coffee which is he didn’t order then got the cappuccino blast., then the server says he’ll be rt back for the ice cream.. so my husband and daughter was talking that y they don’t have the world class ice cream always … so I guess the lady from inside heard it and says they have it… then my husband asked y did the other lady says you don’t have one …and they the lady replied to my husband saying sorry abt that I guess they are being lazy…. Wowww I can’t believe it …. Bad customer service … Y hire ppl like that .., if you guys know they are lazy fire them and get a reliable ppl working… there’s a lot of ppl that need a job…

You should have a big sign saying you are out of ice cream BEFORE people get to your drive thru. Twice I’ve gone and no ice cream. I was trapped in your drive thru (no way to escape) for 15 min. Not going there again.
Beyond pathetic, you never know their hours because they change them when ever they want! Today they close at 7, forget the sign that says 8, and even online. Waste of time and gas, won't ever go back to that location, has to be the worse im San Antonio...

Chocolate Chip and World Class Chocolate are my ultimate 'time to go to Baskin Robbins" calorie splurge. Can't be beat. On the down side, they don't offer as many varieties as they once did. So boo on that. It's a sign of the times... Or is it? ?

Lobby closes at 6pm and drive thru menu is difficult to read in the dark with no light. Then, most of what we requested wasn’t available. But the young lady was very patient.
