Was next in line at the donut counter. They took the woman behind me next and totally ignored me while making her coffee drink. They, and I mean 2 female employees serviced her while I stood there trying to get their attention. I also noticed the drive through guy ignored me. If it didn't seem sooo planned and rehurst it wouldn't have been so comical. I just walked out. No clue as to what that was all about.

Horrible workers closed early drove 15 mins for ice cream got there at 7:45pm doors were locked and employees said they closed but sign says they close at 8pm ..very disappointing

I will never go back to this location. Once was enough. The long line in the Drive-Thru should have been a red flag but I've never been here before and I just figured it was like Starbucks and they had a lot of (fast moving) volume because it was popular... Nope. The line was long because they were taking 5 to 10 minutes for each order. I got locked into the drive-thru line and didn't leave with my food until 50 minutes later. Infuriating. The staff was apologetic, for what it's worth. Which to me was nothing at the time. I want an hour of my life back

This is one of the worst run establishments in the area. The service was extremely poor: slow, doesn't acknowledge customers waiting at the counter, generally understaffed, and speaks to you as if they don't care about you or the job they're doing.
The ice cream is not good either, not at this location. Their ice cream containers are disgusting, with fallen ice cream littering the bottom of the freezers.
The dining area was filthy: dirty floor, tables, and chairs. Even outside the restaurant was dirty around the parking lot.
I wouldn't come back here under any conditions, and I would not recommend it to anyone.

I’ve stopped by for three weeks for a hot fudge sundae. They say they are out of hot fudge. Today an employee was finally honest and said the day shift is basically to lazy to make it and they don’t know how to make it.

Some kids shouldn’t not be allowed to work in a professional work space. Kids looking at instagram while we waited after the kid turned and said use the kiosk it’s just 2 of us… I will never return.

Baskin Robbins just lost a customer! Can't belive they just raised their prices! 7.99 is ridiculous for a medium milkshake! Would love to see it be 5.99 again!
My husband and my daughter went to go buy me my cappuccino blast and some ice cream for my kiddos. He asked for my drink and Oreo cookie ice cream, vanilla shake and a world class ice cream which their no. Ice cream. And they told him they don’t have the world class ice cream, So okey. He went to the window gave him the coffee which is he didn’t order then got the cappuccino blast., then the server says he’ll be rt back for the ice cream.. so my husband and daughter was talking that y they don’t have the world class ice cream always … so I guess the lady from inside heard it and says they have it… then my husband asked y did the other lady says you don’t have one …and they the lady replied to my husband saying sorry abt that I guess they are being lazy…. Wowww I can’t believe it …. Bad customer service … Y hire ppl like that .., if you guys know they are lazy fire them and get a reliable ppl working… there’s a lot of ppl that need a job…
