Baskin Robbins just lost a customer! Can't belive they just raised their prices! 7.99 is ridiculous for a medium milkshake! Would love to see it be 5.99 again!

Ordered a birthday cake from the FM 78 location online 6 days in advance. Apparently they all get decorated at the Walzem location and delivered to the correct store. Went to FM 78 location to pick up 2 hours after it was supposed to be ready. FM 78 store said it was still at Walzem and I had to go get it. WTF. I go to the Walzem location and the girl in the drive through has the audacity to ask me to pay for it again, no apology or attempt in rectifying the situation. Horrible experience.

My husband and my daughter went to go buy me my cappuccino blast and some ice cream for my kiddos. He asked for my drink and Oreo cookie ice cream, vanilla shake and a world class ice cream which their no. Ice cream. And they told him they don’t have the world class ice cream, So okey. He went to the window gave him the coffee which is he didn’t order then got the cappuccino blast., then the server says he’ll be rt back for the ice cream.. so my husband and daughter was talking that y they don’t have the world class ice cream always … so I guess the lady from inside heard it and says they have it… then my husband asked y did the other lady says you don’t have one …and they the lady replied to my husband saying sorry abt that I guess they are being lazy…. Wowww I can’t believe it …. Bad customer service … Y hire ppl like that .., if you guys know they are lazy fire them and get a reliable ppl working… there’s a lot of ppl that need a job…

I was there at 2pm after the Rooswvelt game to get a milkshake and guess what? They were out of chocolate ice cream! Totally unacceptable! 2 weeks ago they weren't serving ice cream because they were cleaning their machines! Does it take all day to clean their 2 blenders? Get it together! This is my 2nd complaint this month! So sad! PLEASE keep chocolate ice cream in stock! You need more than what you order! Obviously that is your most popular flavor! Service needs to be better! Also it was 91 degrees yesterday! Hope this will get alot better but I doubt it!

You should have a big sign saying you are out of ice cream BEFORE people get to your drive thru. Twice I’ve gone and no ice cream. I was trapped in your drive thru (no way to escape) for 15 min. Not going there again.

Beyond pathetic, you never know their hours because they change them when ever they want! Today they close at 7, forget the sign that says 8, and even online. Waste of time and gas, won't ever go back to that location, has to be the worse im San Antonio...

Chocolate Chip and World Class Chocolate are my ultimate 'time to go to Baskin Robbins" calorie splurge. Can't be beat. On the down side, they don't offer as many varieties as they once did. So boo on that. It's a sign of the times... Or is it? ?

Lobby closes at 6pm and drive thru menu is difficult to read in the dark with no light. Then, most of what we requested wasn’t available. But the young lady was very patient.

Arrived 12 minutes before closing and they refused to take our order... told us they were closed.
Don't know stopped by with my kids on Thursday 12-29 at about 2:30 two workers. Were not acknowledged, completely ignored-nope nobody at Drive-thru. They did have a customer with a dog who was given a cup of something or other as a treat. We were seen and ignored. One was seen cleaning or stocking something but couldn't be bothered to say "be right with you " the one with the head set just walked back and forth speaking to a 40 something dog owner. wonder who is making the donuts at least they were stocked looked pretty. Place did look clean maybe hadn't being used. Drove to Walmart and bought ice cream wow- more then 39 flavors and self-serve checkout! This location could use self-checkout! For the owner wonder why sales are down!

I was going to order and this person said they were closed at 740pm I was upset because she had two people at the drive thru window talking ?but that's ok lost business to them went to SONIC !!!!

I waited about 5 minutes before anybody even acknowledged that I was standing there it was 4 people working and they never have any toppings. No strawberry, pineapple, hit fudge. I ordered a banana split got no topping. What is the point to call it basket robbins?

Guy taking drive thru orders was very friendly and polite. They were out of chocolate ice cream, I was offered vanilla chocolate instead, it was a good alternative.Even got pup cups, for our doggos ? we will return.
